Works great most of the time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and how easily you can save your recordings.

Sometimes it would glitch out during calls

It seems like they are always improving their software which is awesome.
Zoom is smooth, and very helpful for remote employees.

I like that it has many feautres that the host and the participants can use and it's easy to use.

It has a 40 mins cap for free users which is understandable but annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me host and join meetings from multiple devices which enables me to communicate with my team members from various places hence communication between us is kept intact and we are able to advise each other.
It helps me record an event or presentation so that I can share and engage with donors or team members who can not attend a meeting and through that I get to communicate to them on a certain issue.
It provides all my leaderships with data and analytic to my team making all the operations appear straight forward which make me identify a mistake or where something is not right hence I have the ability to communicate my opinion about the data given.

It mostly help my organisation alot hence I don't see any dislikes

Getting an analytic data is easy making communication more lived as we get opinion from a person we know.

Zoom is a supper easy and fast video calling platform. My team meeting has become super easy. Easy for actiavetion , can be integarted . Help in giving prompt support to my customer
