Great appreciation for online meeting and conferences
What do you like best about the product?
Video quality and background blur with excellent edge detection.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a wonderful platform for online video calling and webinars. It is much better than its peers like Google meet in terms of the functionality it offers. It can easily work on my laptop, phone and tablets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use zoom for my work calls and feel like it has a problem with its connectivity but it has improved over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bridging the gap for a great video conferencing platform and the biggest problem it solves is the Webinars it offers with meetings for >100 people.
Meeting Time Limits
What do you like best about the product?
Free Zoom accounts have time limits on group meetings, which may be a drawback for longer sessions. Paid plans offer extended meeting durations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be resource-intensive, especially on older devices or those with limited hardware capabilities.

Zoom facilitates seamless communication and collaboration among individuals and teams, regardless of their physical location. This is especially crucial in today's globalized and remote work environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very efficient video call tool. Quick and easy to use, integrated with Slack so I can start video meetings with colleagues at short notice. Easy to add in for interviews on Greenhouse as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does seem to update a lot so I have to restart it quite a bit but its not too much trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for team meetings as well as quick 1:1s with colleagues. I use the breakout rooms and screen sharing a lot which is very useful and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use zoom anywhere, any time, and with anyone! It's great being able to utilize zoom on a daily basis with no only my coworkers and for my profession but also the ease of access and use!

Nothing at all that i can think of only being restricted to a time allotment at times for meetings

It helps all of our team communicate with ease and regardless of where we each may be located at that specific time!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty user friendly and has a ton of options. Recording is AWESOME.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use like a Google Meet is easier but they have less options. Learning how to use properly is a little cimbersome but if you take the time it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to record for people that miss trainings. Def havent found anything better to use that is as easy as zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and easy to use. The controls are intuitive and the user experience is easy. Also, it's free!

Limited meeting times. It can cause anxiety when the alert pops up and users are left scrambling on how to keep the meeting going.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great, and easy to use. Setting up a meeting or joining one is very easy. I use it every week for meetings with my team and its features such as bluring the backround or dropping in an images can be fun to use.
It's easy to set up, log in and run a meeting. Seding files back and forth is easy, turnig off your camera or mic at a click of a button is great for when there is lots of noise going on around me, or if I need to step away for a moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are things about it that are not intuitive to adjut or change. For instance, changing my display name took some figuring out. I had to go to the guest list, select my name and then change it, there, when I feel i should be able to go to preferences and adjust it there.
Zoom also tends to have trouble with my bluetooth headset, and on several occasions i had to swap my sound and mic to the built in mic and speakers instead of the preferred bluetooth. And with the wrong settngs, my mic can be very muted and I can be hard to hear.
Chat can also be frustraing, as sometimes my team shares information and I can't copy and paste the content, and I have to screenshot it and compose it later.
