What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface which is friendly and easy to navigate. I integrates this with other app, making my workflow seamless. Its video and audio quality is top-notch, even with large meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about zoom is, it sometimes drops the connection which causing disruption. And the chat feature could be better. It's little clunky and hard to search old messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to bridge the gap between team members, no matter where they are located. The ability to share my screens and use interactive tools has improved our workflow greatly.

If the meeting can't happen to be in person. Zoom is very convenient way to arrange the meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to use and integrate with other work tools. It has made meetings very easy, and I love being able to use virtual backgrounds. and all of the various features that have been implemented to make screensharing easier and more useful.

I can't think of many downsides right now!

Zoom is great for both bg and small meetings. I love being able to attend virtual classes and improve my skillset as well as interact with the teacher or speaker directly in a way that might be more difficult in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, unlike many other online meeting platforms, has many functions in a great user interface. For instance, it has a whiteboard, breakout rooms, and a waiting room. Being an online tutor, the ability to request a meeting member to unmute is also very useful. Moreover, similar to many other tech companies, Zoom is incorporating A.I. on their platform. I frequently record meetings and use summaries and smart chapters since its a simple way to condense the content of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a tutor for various organizations and have some struggles claiming host in some meetings. For instance, when the other tutor joins the meeting, the system seems to have trouble with who to assign the host to and usually kicks both of us out of the meeting. I recommend altering the co-host feature to assign the roles to pre-assigned accounts so this bug doesn't kick users out.
Additionally, I definitely feel the U.I. and simplicity of the platform trails behind other platforms like Google Meet. Many prefer Google Meet for its ease and simple U.I. Zoom definitely has a learning curve which I had to adapt to before I started tutoring.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to expand my Non-Profit to people affected most by the inequalities of STEM education. I can communicate with students in Ecuador, Kenya, and various other countries on the same day! Their whiteboard, and dial-in options allow me to connect with more people around the world and teach virtually. The co-host option allows me to work with other colleagues. For example, both of us can edit a whiteboard while the students cannot edit-it which prevents distraction. I can easily edit who has permissions which is crucial in my line of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for meetings, I've been using it for so many years I forget how many! And it is so easy to figure out. I use it multiple times a week, it's one of the core tools I use to run my online business. The number of features that go with it is great too, for example the video backgrounds. Long gone are the days of everyone seeing your background. Or if you don't want a background you can blur your background. I love how easy to use, a great price point, and easy for those attending my meetings to use. What's even better is when I have meetings someone can use if on their phone or even dial in, so they don't have to be on a computer just because I am. I often use the chat function in 1-1 meetings to send my clients links. It's great I can do that versus email them during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. Overall it's always been a great experience and I can't think of anything to improve it or that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ease of online meetings, since I can't meet in person, Zoom is the next best thing since they can see me. It's also great to record when I have a team meeting but some of the team can' t be there. I just record and they watch it later.
