Seamless Onboarding and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for onboarding new users on our platform because it's our go-to for one-on-one support, and the meetings are smooth. The interface is easy to use, even for less tech-savvy customers, which means I spend less time helping clients navigate and use Zoom. I also appreciate that after sending an invite, it populates with a profile that has the other person's basic info. Their interface is very interactive, and the initial setup was easy and perfect; the system was engaging.

I like that it is common and everyone is gona know what I am talking about and will have it

I dont like how buggy it can be sometimes I swear it behaves differentl everytime even though I do the same styff

We have people in our organization across the state, and Zoom helps us communicate more effectively with our entire team. It would be nearly impossible to do everything we do without Zoom.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how seamless and reliable it feels to use. The platform consistently delivers high-quality video and audio, and it includes practical features such as screen sharing, meeting recording, breakout rooms, and integrated chat. Overall, it supports efficient remote collaboration and helps make team communication faster, clearer, and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom Workplace consumes high system resources, which can slow down devices. Occasional connectivity issues and time limits in free meetings can also be frustrating

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for video meetings, messaging, and file sharing. It helps me stay connected with my team, attend meetings from anywhere, and collaborate efficiently, which saves time and increases productivity.
Reliable, Easy-to-Navigate Zoom with Helpful Scheduling and AI Transcripts
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a clear user interface with easy navigation between tasks. It's easy to find the settings I need to make updates. Additionally, the meet scheduler makes it easy to connect with parties and organize meetings. Zoom easily interfaces with other platforms such as Google Meet and Slack. Zoom is also very reliable with frequent updates and minimal downtime or issues. Finally, there is valuable AI tools such as transcripts. Additional features such as tasks, notes, and clipboard make it easy to stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there is difficulties updating invites leading to duplicate meetings. Additionally some attendees report issues with adding meetings to external calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our clients prefer Zoom and the Workplace system makes it easy to stay organized with those using various platforms. Additionally meeting notes and AI features help us pull out key insights after very long meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for online meetings to connect with remote participants, which helps in making decisions and improving team collaboration across geographies. I appreciate the ability to record and replay or share meetings with others, allowing those who were on leave or attended other important meetings to listen anytime later. It's great for knowledge transfer sessions, as these can be uploaded as artifacts for future reference. I also find the initial setup of Zoom Workplace to be very easy.

Reliable and Beginner-Friendly with Outstanding Screen Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its reliability and simplicity, which makes it stand out for me. The screen sharing feature is definitely a highlight as it allows me to easily walk students through lesson materials and correct mistakes in real time. Setting up Zoom Workplace was really easy, practical, and beginner-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan limitations, since the time restriction on meetings can indeed be a bit disruptive.

I use Zoom Workplace to consistently deliver high-quality sessions to colleagues worldwide.
Powerful AI Companion and Live Translation, but the expanding UI can feel cluttered
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Companion 3.0 is the standout feature for 2026. The ability to ask natural language questions about past meetings, unread chats, and even synced emails from Outlook or Gmail is incredibly powerful. I also love the Workplace App interface refresh—moving the navigation to the left sidebar makes it much faster to toggle between my calendar, docs, and team channels. The new Live Voice Translator has also been a game-changer for our international calls, providing real-time audio translation that actually sounds natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the platform has expanded from a simple meeting tool into a full "Workplace," the UI has become significantly more complex. It can occasionally feel cluttered with too many tabs and pop-up notifications for new features. I’ve also noticed that the Version 7.0 update had some initial stability issues in certain regions, and the mobile app still lacks some of the deep recording and administrative controls found on the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of "context switching" by centralizing multiple communication channels into one space. This benefits me by streamlining the meeting lifecycle; I can prepare in a shared doc, hold the meeting with AI-generated summaries, and follow up in a persistent chat channel all within the same ecosystem. This consolidation has noticeably reduced our "meeting about a meeting" culture and improved overall project velocity

Does not always auto load the zoom app, usually if the invite comes from an outside company, and forces you into the browser

User-Friendly Desktop App with Smooth HubSpot CRM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has a desktop app that feels more user-friendly than other tools like Slack. Overall, it’s much more intuitive to navigate compared with Slack. I also appreciate that it integrates well with HubSpot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t particularly like the Zoom mobile app. Its performance isn’t as good as it is on desktop, and on mobile I don’t always receive notifications properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows my coworkers and me to communicate quickly and effectively in a digital space. It’s also not the most expensive service, so the pricing fits well within our model.
