What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about zoom it it's integration with calender and other applications with scheduling and getting reminder for upcoming meetings and events and ease of its usage and become the daily usage app as frequently used for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike just need one more option to turn off all videos of other people to save data and shift to only audio mode with facing low data issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provide a platform for video conference and online video calls as on daily basis need to do team meetings so using it on daily basis for meeting and presenting presentation online and for consulting purpose.

We can do almost everything online on Zoom. Be it online sessions with or without video feed or sharing documents or messages.

i really dislike that i need to download the app for it to use specially if i rarely using it so prefer to use my browser instead

this been a great help when we cant meetup face to face to discuss someting i can just use zoom to hold a online meeting with my coleages in work.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most is that it is easy to use and it's features are very accessible and also the implementation of the features are very easy to navigate and also it can handle many participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very laggy when using old devices. And the app is updating it became very lag and causing delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problems in terms of we can meet and have a conference meeting even do we are far apart from each workmates.
Zoom's annotation option is useful for explaining points or going through documents and files.

it's easy to use, has good video and audio quality, and offers a variety of features for better communication and collaboration.

There is actually a time limit for one meeting. It is actually user friendly but there are too many control buttons and if you lose track, you will end up getting confused.

We are contacting customer support and they are resolving the issue instantly as we are using zoom to connect with our customers.so they are connecting us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all it is so convenient to use and it gives you the ability to access and to reach people specially in your workplace and even family and friends calls. Also it includes features that is so accessible and the way you implement it is so easy and it can handle even huge number of people inside the meeting rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes it crashed and lag to lower phone models so you need updated and latest devices to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long distance calls and meetings are now accessible even do all your workmates are not together you can set a meeting thru zoom.
