Navigation and Ease of Use with side chat messaging

User Interface could be more interactive and visually structured.

Team meetings and conferences can be taken through zoom video conferencing between multiple users and even at distant places.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom gives a great hitch free connectivity in meetings. It has good adjustable features that enables full concentration and makes meetings interactive and productive. Zoom can be good substitute for traditional meetings where you don't have to miss a thing as one can easily log in due to its participant capacity and access.

None yet to be experienced. None yet to be experienced as a user.

With its reliable easy connectivity, Zoom benefits me in been productive and interactive

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helped me with lot of meeting to cover while travelling, while offline and distant meetings without missing it. The quality of the voice, clarity and others things were spectacular and ll always recommend to other and especially the mobile app makes it user friendly and best at its game

Downsides is the we do not get time to extended the time we have to do it manually it would be better if we get a notification to make necessary changes

The ability to see all the attendees at one time and being able to communication directly to the group or to individuals as need be.

saves travel time and expenses and allows you to have access from anywhere there's an internet connection

4. The customer support was intuitive. I recall during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, they generously provided timely and visually detailed support, enabling me to train my staff effectively.
5. While I haven't used ZOOM regularly, I noticed new features with each update whenever I did use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't particularly appreciate how Pakistanis have been misusing Zoom after being told about it on the Internet and YouTube. Using Zoom requires skill, especially when conducting a presentation. Unfortunately, like Pakistan's educational curriculum, so-called "professionals" have been misusing it and setting a bad example that others blindly follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to the conference room in Clifton, Karachi. I work in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, so it's convenient for me to learn from my seniors without having to leave my workplace.
LOVE Zoom with Fathom!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and update. You can integrate other apps like Fathom with it as well.

I do not have anything at this point that I dislike.

Step in for not being able to have face-to-face meetings both internally and externally. able to record calls as needed and share.

It has a lot of controls when dealing with a large audience.

The audio doesn't connect automatically except you tap on the "connect audio"

It solves the problem of physical distance by providing a platform for virtual meetings, enabling seamless communication and collaboration. This benefits me by allowing to connect, work, and conduct meetings efficiently, regardless of geographical constraints, which is especially valuable in remote work scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high quality video and audio for online meetings and webinars. It's easy to get started and it is free to join someone else's zoom room. We use it for all of our business meetings since most of our clients are have it installed on their own devices. It's so popular that you almost never have to tell someone how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent updates, which are actually a great thing, but if you haven't used the app in a while, you may have to run an update right before a meeting starts for it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work from home or any remote location without having to be in the same office as colleagues or clients, but we can easily stay in touch. Screensharing is simple so it is easy to explain a concept or go over an issue together and save the time of going back and forth in an email or on an audio only call.

It's easy to use, it takes less than a minute to set up a custom video conference call.

What do you dislike about the product?
Audio: Sometimes if the internet connection is bad, the input audio looks core problem, and the call feature also seems little bit error-prone, not same for all countries

Talking to our peers with ease, no complex stuff/setup to take care of, create a link, share, and you're ready to go.
