What do you like best about the product?
1. Best high-definition video and audio meetings.
2. Can integrate with Google Calendars.
3. File sharing and screen sharing options to make the meeting more effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets difficult to find the mute and other options when you are sharing a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a client meeting and sharing a report or information with the client is very easy using Zoom. Now there is no need to travel to the client's site to present reports.

It is an easy on the go way to conduct meetings, appointments, and just see people face to face while talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had any downsides, this app is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If employees are out sick, or just not in the office that day it makes it easy to be in contact and still be able to conduct face to face meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can have multiple people in different time zones in one meeting. Along with record meeting and have a chat going for questions to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
That people could join a meeting randomly without being invited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we used Zoom we used it daily. We used it internally for team meetings when we were remote every morning and then used throughout the day for virtual coffee meetings and interviews.

Easy to use, connects quickly, allows customized backgrounds and has tools for team building and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it drops calls and buffers frequently, may be an internet connectivity issue, but does happen a couple times a week.

Connectivity in a work from home environment.

Zoom video conference gives us good quality sound and provides us with one solution that helps us to make a good presentation in front of audience.

Sometimes Video quality goes down, so you need to add a light source to lighten your face at night time.

I like the aspect of video conferencing and onscreen messaging.

The downside of zoom is the 1 hour limit of video calls for the free version.

Zoom solves the stress of arranging for a meeting an having to meet up with my coleagues physically. It really saves cost.
