i love remote control when sharing screen
What do you like best about the product?
i love the notation tool and remote control, i use it every day, i also love the background image you can add, how you can invite easly anyone to joing

it makes sometimes the computer to run slower

I am able to connect with my team and prospects face to face, quickly, with 1 touch of a button. I can share screen for presentations, and even collect data from polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you can not restart a meeting after it times out at 45 min (free account).

The impersonable experiece of phone calls or back-to-back messaging.

The recordings are very useful, as is the closed captioning.

Stability of the client. At times it would not start and I found myself having to use the Zoom web interface.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been an amazing experience using zoom so far because it's easier to share your screen while on a conference call, helping you to give a better explanation of your visual representation and also its quite swift and easy to understand compared to other platforms. I also realised they have got a good, fast and reliable customer support that always responds immediately making services very enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact the most times you need an extremely strong Internet connection to stay on a conference call with sometimes consumes alot of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it easier for companies who have remote workers to be able to flow along with other colleagues because I have worked remotely with a few organisations and zoom has been very helpful because I do not need to travel to showcase my presentations. But instead share my screen on the video conference call from the comfort of my home.

Stable application to use during client meetings. This app has helped me perform my work much easier during the new normal. One of the recommended applications for this era.

The fee you have to pay depends on what you need, which is also a good thing because you have to pay for the features that you JUST need.
