What do you like best about the product?
Custome service was fantastic. It made our implementation of the product seamless.

Nothing to dislike. It's a fantastic product.

Our employees are primarily remote - Zoom brings us all together to create a company culture.
Meeting Software That Meets So Many Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom ease of use is the main item that I like, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Breakout Rooms, RemoteSupport, ease of deployment and updating, the list goes on. Without zoom, the company I worked for would have probably lost a ton of revenue during covid, because we ujsed it for everything from meetings, to remote support for BYOD users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a 40 minute time limit, and I believe they also limit several of the features with the free version as well. The full version though, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid, Zoom was used as a support bridge for BYOD users. That made zoom an invaluable tool to us.
Good but not the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its the one that most of people are familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how i have to download something to use zoom. I would prefer it to be linked to chrome so that i don't have to download it everytime i change my laptop or a profile.

Meeting virtually.

I like how zoom is a convenient online platform for collaboration that is easy to use and integrate.
Holding meetings has become a bliss with zoom.
Also it's video calling is excellent and screen sharing and presentation works so well.

I honestly have nothing to highlight as a dislike since it has made it easy to schedule and join meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and best in class.
There are many features in zoom like recording, scheduling etc. I used zoom in my college during the COVID time frequently like daily basis because I need to attend classes. If you getting any problem the caustomer support is very good and friendly.

During meeting if you attend any call then you will automatically kicked off from meeting.

It's giving very good meeting experience virtually because some time we don't to go on field for attend a physical meeting due to some important work that time zoom is helping a lot and saving time. That's the most important thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very user friendly, easy to access platform that we utilize for the majority of our business meetings. The new features are helpful. Also like have the extra Cloud storage for recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are bandwidth issues and glitches with settings and a delay with video or audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works remotely so we rely on Zoom to fulfill all of our meeting needs.
