What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the app is it's providing me the easy connectivity with my colleagues, friends, family across the world. zoom is providing lots of features like zoom room, sharing screen,etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such.but there is always a chance for improvement.

Zoom has significantly solving customers problem.technical team is been working on problems very quickly.that's the reason why the zoom is one of the top video conferencing app today.

Make the chat available if needed after the Zoom is completed.

Everyone can use the platform with a link - they do not have to be in your workspace

What do you like best about the product?
It does not glitch like other services. Integrations to zoom are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom logs me out all the time for no reason. This can cause stress when trying to get on a meeting with little time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to meet with clients and internally within the company. We are able to have large meetings regardless of what the other user uses for video conferencing.

The waiting rooms can get a little glitchy from time to time

The least helpful thing I would say is the settings page is not that organised

Being able to speak to multiple clients from all over the world in a clear way

Stable quality of audio and video, and it can conduct large webinars with so ease

Screen sharing was a concern because it was always risky that other members on the call can see if a message pops up but zoom has solved it for me
