Zoom is a realtime video call software so far since it has really helped me to attend various meetings with my colleagues and clients without any problem on time.

sometimes got poor audio and video quaity due to technical or newly user to set the settings

Zoom services have made task very efficient and reliable.
Employer has the advantage of working and meeting without any hassle at any point of. It's rich feature and customizable options for meeting, recording, security have made it one of the best onilne meeting platform in the world.

As such there are no negatives but wish that premium featues should be more cost effective. Time limit for non premium user should extend little bit.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the zoom tool because it is very easy to use, it is easy to organise meetings with all team members, it's easy to implement zoom meetings, everyday or everytime we need to discuss some topics we can make a meeting and do it. This is the easiest way we can integarte the zoom tool on my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need to use the customer support, it's a little complicated to contact someone to solve the problems with the software version, the number of features is confused sometimes

Zoom helps us to communicate with people outside the country, it is easier to feel like we are in a one-to-one meeting.

Very easy to use especially the group chat feature.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very conveniate that I dont have to physicly go into the doctor at times, very nice to be able to attend those important meetings from the confort of your own home. I also like the group chat feature, It makes chatting really fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have anything bad to say about zoom, the only thing i will say is when I first started using it I didnt know how to blur my backround completly, I had a scenery of space or something with a big hole in the middle as my head, and I seen that others can blurr out theres completly but I coulnt figure it out, so I was stuck with this funny looking scenery of space with a big hole in the center of my messy garage I later figured out how to change the scenerys and blurr them out completly, just at first it didnt seem to beginner friendly, I was late for a job interview and stuck with that backround. Anyways that was pretty much it, other than that I wouldnt know what else to use as Ive grown custom to using it for pretty much everything.

Not having to meet in person is great, as Ive been known to be a bit shy.

I really like that you can work from home with this great tool and have meetings with people from abroad, without having any complications.

I really don't have any complaints about Zoom, it's more when I have bad internet.
