Easy to use, Easy to share. The features are just great. And its easy to download and start using. Implemeting a paid plan is also no braner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are little too high on paid plans.

Easy to have a metting with colleagues. Can share files over the internet using ZOOM. Moreoever it can handle 100s of users at the same time.

Zoom is a wonderful tool to engage with the employees. The webinars on zoom are a level above other platforms.

It is very easy to use and allows many people to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free sessions last 40 minutes and that cuts the conversation short.

The only flaw I see with Zoom is that it cuts off the call and you can't use the same link again, in the case of free accounts.

The ease of connecting with people. During covid my organization would not have been able to operate efficiently without it.

I do not have any issues. Setting up the calls are extremly easy.

Zoom saves time and enables us to reach people further away.

What do you like best about the product?
Connection quality and stability remain high even with a large number of participants, as long as you use an Internet connection with adequate speed. The interface is intuitive, operation does not require additional training, it is very easy to switch to this platform if you have previously used other similar solutions.

It does not stand out in any way in terms of available functionalities on the competition.

ZOOM allows our staff to work and communicate seemlessly and effectively from anywhere! We don't need to incur the cost to maintain physical office space or rent spaces for events, because ZOOM provides a platform for our team and clients to meet virtually.
