It has been nothing but short of a great experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The most benafiacl aspect of zoom is the abitly to have a number of great feautures and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes it can get a bit confusing with all the features that get updated into the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for us to bridge the gap between miscommunication and communication. It allows us to build stronger bonds with who we need to build them with.

How has it helped my organization?
Zoom drastically reduced the amount of travel because most customer meetings can be done via Zoom meetings. It makes training and webinars quite interactive with the help of breakout rooms, which is quite nice.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of Zoom are the audio and video quality and the ease of use when setting up meetings. Interacting during the meeting by highlighting things, using whiteboards, and chatting makes it an interactive and good experience. The webinar functionality and the interaction options during meetings are useful features of Zoom.
What needs improvement?
I often use a highlighting feature in Slack Huddles, which makes it easier to point someone in someone else's screen share. Zoom should include a highlighting feature like in Slack Huddles. The solution is not very useful for chat and lacks highlighting functionality.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Zoom for four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Zoom is a highly stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Zoom is a scalable solution. We have a couple of hundred Zoom users locally, and we have worldwide around 1,000 users.
What other advice do I have?
We use the cloud version of Zoom. Users should really focus on the video conferences and webinar functionality. Zoom is not designed for chats, channels, or discussions.
Overall, I rate Zoom a nine out of ten.

Using zoom is easy and intuitive. Whether your meeting has 100 or 100 people, things just work

I really like its dynamics, the process of meeting virtually favors practical times, I also really like that it simplifies my work in terms of travel since it is tedious to travel a lot

I don't like that sometimes the internet is blocked due to bad internet, that more than anything influences Latin America and I think they can improve

Zoom video and audio quality is usually very good for confercing. It's very stable and doesn't seem to be enough of a resource hog to make me want to avoid it.

I do wonder if, on net, it's really that good for us to be so phyically distant from other people. Zoom enables remote work, which is good, but there are real tradeoffs that we're still unaware of.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point post-pandemic, we've all used every version of video call software... but there are a few things that make Zoom stand out from the rest. The first thing seems trivial, but hear me out. Zoom is the video call software that makes you look the best on screen.
Whether you had a rough night or you just don't feel like putting makeup on that day, Zoom has your back. I can be having my best day and other programs make me look ruddy, or bleached out, or any other strange combination. Even without using the "touch up appearance" feature, it just works better. Is this really the most important thing? No. But being a woman in business, the pressure is on to look your best in any given meeting and every bit helps.
Secondly, the captioning feature is the most accurate I've experienced. Between colleagues with hearing impairments and those of us who just want more accurate notes, the option to use closed captioning has been great for this distributed team. We use this feature daily to ensure accessibility for a call as well as allowing others to catch up via reading the transcript if they had to step out or were running late. Figuring out how to switch this feature "on" was a bit of a pain, but once it's set up in your account on the Zoom website, it's easy to manage in the app interface from there.
As a distributed team, we use Zoom daily. Often several times a day. And despite paying for Google Workspace and all it entails, we still choose to pay for Zoom because it's just a better product than Meet. Bonus, whether it's because of covid life or just the modern age, teaching a new team member how to use Zoom is a non-issue. It's wholly integrated into our lives in a way that is hard to see changing at this point.

I can't tell you how many times I've been late to a meeting because Zoom decided it needed to update itself RIGHT THEN. It updates more frequently than any other software I've ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, and available on all operating systems inlcuding mobilde devices, smart tv's at personal computers.

None so far, based on my observations during used.

We are using zoom, during on our online troublshooting with our product vendor. I have also used zoom for personal activity such as joining seminars and trainings.

I like the quality of the video and the fact that we can record the dicussion anytime we want.

i noticed that there's a limited features when I use the zoom in my mobile phone.
