Really good tools with good features for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that U have the capacity to request people within the meeting to unmute or mute, I can lower hands, I can annotate while some is sharing contents, I can take over some else's is sharing their screen and do stuff for them, Alco I can crecrete separate room with names for my different teammmates to work on it. I really love zoom and I beleive pricing is really affordable for what it does!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if my internet is slow it pushes me out and it takes me I while to be back, but I beleive it should allows feew seconds before doing so , this way we will be aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After COVID-19 working from home came to be our new reality, every I have been working from home and it has helped me communicate with my superiors and co-workers making me feel connected and part of something since all the features to me were perfectly set up to make us feel comfortable with sharing information, I love the back images that you use form the library or add new pic because i am a very shi person that does not like to share so much about her life and with this filter i can pretend to be somewhere else but home. I love zoom!

There is no capping to join, a huge set of people can join, and talk chat and give their opinion of their own

The interface is not so appealing, it should be more appealing

Successful Virtual Meeting Platform - Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, in my opinion, is very user friendly. When compared to other virtual meeting platforms, like Microsoft TEAMS for example, Zoom is much more user friendly and recognizeable. The chat tool is simple to use. Uploading documents is easy to do in the chat box. I very much enjoy the annotation tool and whiteboard, especially when collaborating on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
May not be so much of a zoom issue, but when I use my Google Chromebook I'm very limited on what I can use wiht zoom. One area zoom is disadvantaged in is that it doesn't have a place to collaborate and save the work as a team, like Google Chats/Hangouts or Microsoft TEAMS is capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of bandwith and limitations on number of participants. When the pandemic happened, educators heavily relied on this platform to continue educating to the masses. By solving this issue, we can continue providing virtual trainings to several students in various locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom on personal and professional level. The whiteboard feature is the best where you can easily pen out your thoughts and explain quite easily to the attendees of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Zoom allows the meeting to be limited to 40 minutes after which we need to create a new meeting for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with everyone miles apart so we do not need to be in the same room. All we need is a stable internet connection and we are good to start a meeting instantly.
