Excellent and stable product
What do you like best about the product?
I moved across from Microsoft Teams when my new company used Zoom. There's some great benefits to using Zoom: it's integration Google Calendar and the stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have some of the feature of MS Teams: using 2 screens doens't work well for me. Chat being in a separate environment means no one uses it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team to work collaboratively together.

Overall Zoom is very easy to use. Mobile app is convenient.

Every now and then my team runs into connection issues. But these are usually resolved pretty quickly.

My company has employees stationed around the country. Zoom allows us to stay connected through video interactions.
Simple, fast virtual meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is used to zoom. No matter the age, most people can figure their way around the program. It's so much easier using this program everyone knows how to use than some other program (google meets, webex, etc) that people can't figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the application is organized it a bit clunky. For example, when you set your name, it's hard to figure out how to change it -- this may be a result of an oversimplified UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to collaborate with our Asian clients and education program partners in a low-latency system. Long distance phone calls were very expensive and slow, so Zoom was our best option.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has new options for chat in the meeting. The host has an option to keep the chat in the continuous manner. Zoom has breakout rooms and waiting room facilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom should start a feature with multiple access point for one single account for commerce/business purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with my client or my colleague sitting in the office far away from me in some other country.

Arguably the best video-conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and it has a free version that allows conference calls and a mini webinar. it has many features that allow the host to control the class. i use it frequently for virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
i havent observed anything i dislike so far.

Zoom has been my virtual meeting software for the last 3 years. It has made meeting professional and coordinated.

What do you like best about the product?
Features of this app is best while taking classes screensharing, voice and many more. Easy to use because showed al features very clear. They really support their users and their features are frequent and implemented when you are using it.

Like too use this app it is mandatory to download the app.

the main problem to take classes online and now attend meetings it really help me.
Zoom has changed the game for every business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that its easy to set up, easy to join a meeting and usually has little delay. There are nice face filters as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it switches between people based on sound, it doesnt do it effectively and its hard to have a BIG group chat.

Helping to connect with people virtually - whether its friends, business meeting or even a teacher conference. Saves time and money.
