What do you like best about the product?
zoom video conference tools like zoom room and other s are helpful to schedule the webinar content setup, easy to track the users joining into the webinar, and track of the users analytics and unique user access control features, chat and message option during the conference we can send the message individaully to the panel and to all, can be integrated with lms system and quick implementation to send the invites to the students, very helpful to use in daily meetings. features like recording, screen sharing, waiting room, breakout room gallary and speaker view.
What do you dislike about the product?
auto test is not happening, if any issues, need to write a mail to customer support and who will respond slightly delay in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in google meet and other tools if we used we have to click admit to join the link for every user or if they are joining from any otherthan their registered e-mail address but here, the user them self will register and join, also in the backend we can track about the user how long they stayed in webinar individual q&a and response note, white board fro teaching etc.

It crashes sometimes, and call quality can vary.

Zoom is a fantastic tool. That said, there are always areas where it could improve.
Excessive software updates can sometimes disrupt my experience. Zoom should consider a more transparent update schedule and allow users to opt for manual updates if they prefer stability over the latest features.
Enhanced security measures could be a priority to safeguard against potential breaches and ensure user privacy.
Customization options for the user interface and more advanced moderation tools are also areas for potential growth.
