What do you like best about the product?
Frictionless meetings with clients, partners and colleagues. We rolled out Zoom at the beginning of the pandemic and have found it incredibly easy to administer as our business and requirements for use have grown. Very easy to switch between devices when meeting remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time we reach our storage capacity. It would be helpful if there was storage optimization so we could more easily remove files that are not of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to stay connected in a remote workplace. The ability to create a Zoom meeting directly from within slack has massively improved our meeting quality.
Excellent Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the video quality and communication options in Zoom are impressive. Doesn't use up significant amount of power when on call, providing me a rather longer battery usage from my devices. Ability to launch it straight from my task bar on mac is definitely convenient. Breakout rooms are a huge convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our usecases, we have yet to come across any inconveniences. Since most of our use cases are rather simplified and mostly for the purpose of carrying out remote discussions, I would not imagine any inconveniences in future either. In case any, I can provide more information here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom facilitates a convenient way to connect with internal teams and external with ease without requiring any logins or complicated authentication mechanism for joining meetings. Overall it is the easiest tool to get started with.

It was one of the first conference call platforms out there, but honestly I very rarely run into it in the business world.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of options, lack of backgrounds, weird format, number if features

Nothing at this point, I would rathe use most other platforms for VC

What do you like best about the product?
using Zoom for the last 3 years and can say it is very simple to use. can run on slow-speed internet. Zoom can be used for casual video calls to big office meetings that run for a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that we can consider:-
1- After sharing the screen video quality can be increased
2-Time limit on meeting
3-some tine crashed without any reason
4- The paid version is a bit expensive

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working remotely and it is helping me to continue that because I can be in meetings and share my screen anywhere any time without any delay.
Universal video conference platform
What do you like best about the product?
It takes less effort to operate, mamages to work smoothly in low internet speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has few incidents where audio was effected and video was not working parallel manner it should be.

Quick customer service available to resolve technical issue
Zoom is a widely used video conferencing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is its very easy to use and I attend my Data Science classes on zoom and the QnA feature allows us to type our queries parallely during the live classes. Zoom mobile app is also top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes during an open meeting few unwanted guest entered our zoom call which was a security issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of working very easily from home because we can connect with our teams and collegues anytime and we can share our screen to check the progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use & it's bandwidth of no. Of people can have meeting simultaneously.

Nothing as such,will update as soon as I find any.

The best app for conducting classes and company meetings w/ added filters and helpful features!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really best for meetings, doing online classes and for conducting interviews. I have been using this platform for so many years and it made my teaching. attending to company meetings and recording some videos for myself introductions easy. I would really recommend 100%! Also not so laggy anymore unlike to older versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates may take some time to be downloaded but with patience, the upgrades actually helped for the betterment of the app :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance is no longer a problem for people who likes to earn money by teaching online. Also, I am working remotely as a Virtual Assitant and this app is our go to app in every meeting that we have.
Zoom is good on the go
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it allows for diverse use/ is a very flexable program/ app to use for meetings/ just conversation and more. Very easy to use and get used to using

Zoom can be glitchy but thats not really its own fault as its like facetime or a phone call and can have connection issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When its hard to get everyone in the same room at one time it makes it very easy to do so through the internet.
