A decent virtual platform
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality is good and sustainable with a user-friendly interface. It makes navigating across the panel easier. It's suitable for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Joining in takes longer than convenient. If you have an unstable internet connection, its probably not the best choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me a ton during the lockdown. I now take tutoring sessions via zoom's classroom frequently.

Zoom did mistake and cancel all our paid subscription.
They admitted the mistake, but said that they have "processes" and we need to wait 2-3 days.
They ignored fact that we are loosing money and reputation

It takes forever for me to open up the app in my computer but I guess it's not zoom problems but my computer -old model.

I love how it pops up the video or name of whoever is talking and the option to mute people when you are discuss stuffs.

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive, user friendly and useful. The support team is very helpful and responsive. So the customer service is 10/10 in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the loading or redirecting can be a pain. The flow in light here is when you want to redirect from a browser to the desktop application upon clicking a Zoom meeting link.

Bridging the gap between my business connections. It helps me display and present my ideas to various internal and exernal stakeholders effectively and easily.
