What do you like best about the product?
It's having very user friendly interface which provides consistent seamless video and audio quality with some amazing features. It is being used for casual or business meeting for small scale or the larger one without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's has limited free time which offers to use it for very small time of meetings. It's having quite high membership subscribtions for individuals users. It has some security issue in past but now they have sloved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It a very amazing platform which is providing service for video conferencing meeting with seamless connectivity. It's has played significant role during Work from home situation i.e. covid period.

What do you like best about the product?
Initially the option of having the hotmail schedule integrated with it
What do you dislike about the product?
after a week is not generating the link, also the booking does not show on the "meeting" section,and there is no technical support, guides, or troubleshooting, or phone to contact, or chat, or hope, well maybe here, if someone know please hellppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy the quick and functional video calling. Video calling is strong, as well as audio.

Quickly need to upgrade to a paid account.

During hybrid work with teams, Zoom is the right tool for reliable audio and video.
Easy and Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I love the most about Zoom is that it is very easy to use and to join a meeting without even having an account and it also has live transcription which is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is their interface I think it's kind of difficult to navigate compared to other videoconferencing programs that I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom I can have my meeting whenever I'm in the moment and with the same effectiveness as if I were in person and also it's great when giving presentations to many people because virtually you don't have to worry about the logistics of an event.

Video Quality is good rather than other video conferennce tools available. Features of Zoom for all types of custommer staible and beneficial.

The data capture it needs more than the other related tools. Some time connnectivity issue with this.

Zoom - great during the Pandemic, but their customer service is a HUGE issue.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great as a video conferencing solution. We have had few technical issues and it does the job pretty well. It is the "go-to" service for most companies including my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot even begin to describe what a nightmare their billing department and customer service team is. I have spoken with numerous colleagues in the Tech industy that have had similar experiences so I know I'm not alone in my frustration. I am almost to the point of cancelling the service completely for my organization because I have 4 different account managers, one for general questions, one account executive, one billing manager, and one renewals manager....and none of them seem to even know each other. I consistantly have to loop their own team in on issues that someone in the org is handling, and my billing has been incorrect for 5 months now. I refuse to pay an invoice where I'm being overcharged by more than $1,000, when I have signed multiple contracts (at their request because they keep dropping the ball). NO ONE takes ownership of an issue. They say they will fix it, only to call and ask me a month later how things are going, like I never reported a problem. They always act surprised when I tell them I've already told you and 3 other people this and it is still not resolved. I constantly have to resend them previous email communications because they seem absolutely oblivious. Zoom is in desparate need of an adminsitive reorganization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At one point it was our "go to" video conferencing system. Now it presents us with nothing but problems and we have implemented Microsoft Teams as our primary system. We have kept Zoom as a backup solution because of ease of use for the end user, but now they are creating more problems for me than they are helping.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to communicate with team on audio as well as video. You can easily share your screen to discuss the regular work and queries if any with your team members. It provides session recording feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing which i dislike about zoom.

zoom really helps in conducting knowlegde sessions as nowadays many team members used to work from home. So, you can easily demonstrate the tools and applications along with recording so that one can go through it later if they missed the session.

simplicity, use friendly app. Can work seamlessly on any platform and even on mobile and mobile browser. call quality is great

No such dislikes. I hope they continue to evolve the product. and increase limits of attendees in free version

In era of remote work, we needed a solution to connect with peers and co workers efficiently. Fortunately zoom provides just that. Simple app with only required features and good quality.
