Tried and true, easy for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Gets the job done simply, reliable and never had an issue before. I like that they are constantly putting out new features and improvements regardless of market share, shows they care and want to solidify themselves as the #1 video conferencing software available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, though if I were to use Zoom as more of an administrator maybe I'd have comments

We are a remote first company, zoom has done a great job at empowering our team to stay connected and work effectively without being in the same room everyday

I like that I can easily set up meetings on the mobile app and also integrate with my Honeybook CRM app.

I have not found anything that I dislike about zoom

To be honest, I can't say there's anything I dislike about Zoom. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a valuable platform for me when it comes to conducting one-on-one or group consultations with your clients. It allows me to have face-to-face communication with high-quality images, making it easier to discuss astrological charts, provide insights, and answer questions in real-time.
Zoom is incredible, but for Brazil it becomes expensive

I love the image quality and the ease of sharing my screen during presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us Brazilians, Zoom is very expensive because it is charged in dollars and is much more expensive than Google Meet, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily teach online classes for photographers and record them.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and very very impressive.

Meeting time limit as the current 40 mins limit is too less

Screen sharing is absolutely helpful when compared with other platforms like meet.
"Face-to-face" even when far away!
What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing this program because it makes it easy for me to meet with clients in a "face-to-face" setting even when a client cannot meet in-person. Meetings are made easier through zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any issues with the program other than connectivity and adding people to a meeting, but that is usually an easy fix. I love haw you can utilize the program through both the app or via a web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to screen share information while on a meeting or sending it during the meeting via the chat aleviates me having to send it via email (where sometimes, the sizing is too big to be sent that way).

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the fact that EVERYONE uses zoom helps, as we rarely run into issues with individuals not able to join zooms due to unfamiliarity with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of non free memberships is a bit too high to justify. Because of this we do multiple daily 45 minute meetings to ensure we can hit the length we need throughout the day but this is not efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows Argo to remotely train agents and get them live working from home, and for argo to do so from a decentralized location. Zoom is our local coffee shop we can bring a prospective employee to for an interview.

What do you like best about the product?
It's having very user friendly interface which provides consistent seamless video and audio quality with some amazing features. It is being used for casual or business meeting for small scale or the larger one without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's has limited free time which offers to use it for very small time of meetings. It's having quite high membership subscribtions for individuals users. It has some security issue in past but now they have sloved it.

It a very amazing platform which is providing service for video conferencing meeting with seamless connectivity. It's has played significant role during Work from home situation i.e. covid period.

Initially the option of having the hotmail schedule integrated with it

after a week is not generating the link, also the booking does not show on the "meeting" section,and there is no technical support, guides, or troubleshooting, or phone to contact, or chat, or hope, well maybe here, if someone know please hellppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
