A perfect fit for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface as well as the compatibility with the users. Everything is super easy and in layman's language. Beginners can also understand and use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, everything is perfectly fine with ZOOM, but sometimes I don't like the customer support service, but only sometimes. Rest they are the best in terms of UI and other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Below are the problems which Zoom is resolving-

What do you like best about the product?
After the pandemic Zoom turned to be my best teaching and learning tool to be fit and improve my sport capabilities. Thanks to Zoom I can choose teachers all over the world and reduce the budget spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have found poor video or audio quality and difficulties joining or setting up meetings. Sometimes video image get stuck and you loose part of the explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zoom I find specific teachers of sports that are not common on my city even with local studios. I can join classes from all over the world and save money.

I think zoom is great! of all video tool out there i think zoom is the best option. it usually always works, its easy and there are good features and think you can edit easily.

i don't like that it mirrors your face for the other person, takes a lot of battery, and i wish there was a simpler way to find your meeting id but yeah otherwise im happy

helps us talk to prospects customers, internal meetings and everything related to that. we use zoom as our main video conferencing tool and it works well with our organization.

It should have been of great benefit to the project as a third-party validation and data sharing resource.
But at the moment (2023) we can observe that, apart from marketing, the product is not developing in any way.
If you look for reviews on the Internet, you can find out that the current functionality (and problems with it) have not changed in three years.
Three points stood out to me in particular:
1 - Unstable operation of the server (absolutely the entire project is tied to it), which can cause problems in applications
2 - 3900 open issues on Github that no one is even trying to answer
3 - a “safe operating algorithm” that is in excellent synergy with all the bugs and requires at least 5 days to fix the problems that the crooked software created.

Ability to share audio, video and presentation slides during virtual meetings

Some features are not free which make me to use Google meet
