Zoom has helped me connect with business partners easily and effectively.
What do you like best about the product?
You can connect with people face to face in a couple of minutes even if they are far away. It has helped me connect with business partners and create new bonds without having to travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people don't like virtual meetings and prefere personal meetings instead, which is understandable. But for me, it has saved me a bunch of money in traveling to meet new customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me meet new customers "face to face" instead of just a phone call. It has also helped me save money in travelling when I need to schedule a meeting with a customer in a different city.

I never missed being in office to be able to communicate with someone. Zoom made it even more better and productive with screen sharing. I love it!

It some time makes screen sharing slow and gets stuck

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the ultimate platform to use for virtual meetings. It is the easiest in terms of user experience, and also user education. I like Zoom because of the different features such as the chat, reactions, break out rooms, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is only 40 minutes, and I don't know anyone in a remote world who only holds 40 minute calls all day. I understand the need to update the licensure, but still. Also, some of the features can be a little tricky to find and hidden in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping people from across the world connect remotely. Zoom helps me and my coworkers meet and collaborate on work while remaining productive.

2. The video quality is not distorted as it has high video resolutions.
3. One of the best features of this software is that we can share our screen, making it convenient for group video conferences.

The least I liked about this software is that when not using a premium subscription, there is a time restriction that allows only a limited time period to operate.
Also, some of the options and features require payment for use. When using high-resolution video, it requires a lot of Internet data.

Zoom solves problems in many ways, like it connects people who are geographically dispersed. It also saves costs as it removes requirement of physical arrangements.

Easy to use and very simple functions. It is very helpful to use in business and schools . I think in every profession, it's very easy to use and help for every business to grow.

We will go for paid version to get all functions and use continuously in our professions.

What do you like best about the product?
This application has qualities that other applications do not have. In my previous job, I used it a lot to assign work in class. Its tools were very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates are what I don't like because you have to do them manually, and it's a bit uncomfortable to be doing it manually for 900 devices. If it were automatic, it would be great.

Having communication during the pandemic was very useful for students and to be able to give them the necessary education for their future life, as well as to be able to meet them through video calls.
