Really useful
What do you like best about the product?
It's looking way better than the old app and everything is easier to see and navigate to. It's also easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to install another app on top of the Zoom app. I would prefer if it would be directly integrated to my web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can take calls directly from my computer and also received emails.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize the chat feature at work to communicate. The integration with Outlook has fixed the issue with some items from my calendar not appearing in the old Zoom meetings tab. We use it daily to interact with our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The open a support case on your website is buried. It's be great to be able to open a support case from the app. For administrators at least. We are having issues with phone quality and can't centrally manage the tickets I requested my users place, when calls don't get through successfully. Even though I asked them to reference the same servic ticket, there is no way for an administrator to centrally manage/see who has input tickets and linked them to the service ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides ease of use to communicate with groups of the team or the whole team. One of the chat groups is for our emergency response plan, since we have users remote and in the office. It lets all users know if there is a major development at HQ,
Familiar User Interface Now Creepier Than Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations that are helping to generate emails, images, generally cutting out a lot of need for human intervention from a design team/copy editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hate Zoom AI, especially in the context of Zoom Phone. I cannot imagine a feature I have ever wanted LESS than one that listens to all my voicemails in order to leave me a summary when I could simply... listen to the voicemail. Also generally hate the way that the AI has been marketed to managers as a way to micromanage employees- I don't want to listen to their client calls and have an AI identify any problems for me. I do not want to surveille them like this.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is everything, I love the functionality of it

The only downside is when downloading locally and it possibly get interrupted then you have a corrupt file

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the built out settings, AR features, etc. It makes Zoom the ideal video conferencing software for Enterprise organizations. As an IT person, I love being able to annotate, take remote control, become a pirate!, also the reporting is amazing for auditing. All around a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZW is the new UI needing 10 updates in the span of a month lol and how hard it is for folks to figure out how to turn Gestures off. Also it's pretty pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a comprehensive VC solution! Benefits me because its fully built out and realized with all the tools an IT person could need!
it was crucial during covid but we prefer face to face meetings now
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is perfect for meeting with people not able to visit on location. It has all the great tools in order to avoid costly travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that meeting in person still accomplishes more.

It is making life easier to meet with out of town clients.
Essential Communication and Sharing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable when compared to other apps I have used or still use today. Does not seem to use as many resources as competitors apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto update delays with some end users and they end up missing out on the new features until installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availabitly from multipe devices including phone, sharing files, scheduling meetings, video chats, app integrations.

Seeing everyones availability when they are on calls, scheduling meetings via google calendar.

Constant installs at inconvenient times before meetings

The transcripts are good. Most people are familiar with the layout and features.

Sometimes difficult to change names of people before they can be let in the meeting.
