it continues to expand into an all-in-one collaboration platform, the interface can start to feel feature-dense.

is solving the fragmentation problem in modern collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, phone, docs, whiteboards, and AI assistance into a single platform
Free, All-in-One Meetings with a Clean Interface and Handy AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface. Everything is together in one place, so I can start a meeting and share easily. The main thing is that it’s free. I also like the AI features to tune my face and use a background, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is only 40–45 minutes. Sometimes I face issues on mobile when changing the microphone setting to earbuds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s just fantastic. I like being able to do interviews and group talks, and to work together on many things.

Still the One to Beat for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I’d definitely recommend it. It’s the most reliable tool for jumping into a call without technical hiccups, and the AI summaries are a total game-changer for catching up on meetings you missed. It’s getting a little crowded with all the new 'Workplace' tabs, but for actually getting work done with a team, it’s still the one to beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is starting to feel cluttered as they add more 'Workplace' features like mail and calendar that I don't always need. Also, the frequent mandatory updates right when you're trying to join a call can be a real pain if you're already running late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves app overload by consolidating meetings, chat, and docs into one flow, which saves me from constant context switching. The biggest benefit is the AI Companion; it automatically handles meeting summaries and action items, saving me at least 20 minutes of recap work after every call

Sometimes, there are minor connection issues or short audio delays and it can also use a lot of system resources during long meetings.

I love the connectivity and diversity of tools that Zoom Workplace offers. The recording capability is great, it allows me to review recordings and easily share videos. I also appreciate the ease of creating breakout rooms, which facilitates small group discussions.

These features allow instant communication, quick problem-solving, and real-time collaboration. Instead of long emails or delays, teams can discuss issues live, share their screen to explain tasks clearly, and use messaging for fast follow-ups, which saves time and improves productivity. I also appreciate the straightforward initial setup. Installing the app, creating an account, and joining meetings was quick and user-friendly, even for team members with minimal technical experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface needs to be simpler for new users. I also find the performance lacking on low internet connections and I believe meeting security controls could be improved.

I like the breakout rooms. I also like that I can share my screen in Zoom Workplace. Its accessibility is something that I enjoy.

There are times where I have connectivity issues as well as the clarity of video. On certain computers is an issue.
