Real time meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access, seecurity, privacy and posibility to manage participants. and up to 100 participants each session which is great for daily meetings or webinars.
Apps exists in android and apple platform as well
What do you dislike about the product?
reduced time of 45 min for free accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortening distances for our team, most of theem work remotely from home. Easy access from computer, smart phone or via mobile phone call

What is our primary use case?

I join meetings via Zoom only when someone sends me a link to join it. I don't use it actively. I use Zoom to attend general meetings with my company's suppliers or customers.

What is most valuable?

I hardly use Zoom. I just connect to Zoom and attend the meeting of whoever has set it up for me on Zoom. There isn't something that I like particularly about Zoom.

What needs improvement?

Some windows on Zoom can look hidden. When you join a meeting in Zoom, you may feel it is difficult to find some windows until you click a few buttons to help you eventually get to the window you want to see. I operate on a macOS, where the chat window is not immediately available when I join a meeting. In general, Zoom's UI needs improvement.

The appearance of important windows in Zoom, especially the chat window, is an area that needs improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have experience with Zoom. I am just a user of the solution.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

My company has around five users of Zoom.

How are customer service and support?

I never had a reason to use the solution's technical support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In our company, we normally use Microsoft Teams, but we use Zoom whenever there is a client that requires us to be on a call via Zoom.

How was the initial setup?

I carried out the setup phase of Zoom a couple of years ago, so I don't remember whether its procedure was complex or straightforward.

The deployment phase of Zoom took two minutes to be completed.

Regarding the deployment process, I just downloaded the Zoom installation file and pressed the install option to install Zoom on my system.

What about the implementation team?

I managed the installation phase of Zoom in our company.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I use Zoom's free version.

What other advice do I have?

Zoom is a product that offers users convenience, so you won't be left out of any meetings, especially when others need or prefer to hold meetings on Zoom.

I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom have helped us in working remotely after Covid 19 . With its help we can have multiple meeting and interviews in single day . It helps in saving time of travel and money
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it works slow if internet is not working . But rest of the times i have found this software perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in work from home culture . With this app we can have meeting build solutions at the same time and screen sharing is very useful in displaying reports

Best app for online teaching

What do you like best about the product?
Having to click in a link to be able to access a virtual meeting is amazing and easy. The whiteboard is one of my favorite features, including the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite heavy but it's understandble since it offers a lot of tools. Sometimes it lags with the headset and it's not recognized. It would be great to change the name of the breakout rooms without having to close them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having employees from different states and countries cannot be trained in house, but using Zoom, we can still have an online training and be able to help the employees learn.

What is our primary use case?

I use Zoom for virtual meetings and video communication.

What is most valuable?

Our company is interested in Zoom's extraction capabilities and uses it as a transformation tool. Zoom can convert a JSON file to an XML file without the need to involve coding and by using the drag and drop feature available in the solution's UI because it's not for our internal use but for our customers who don't want to write scripts.

What needs improvement?

Zoom's stability is an area with certain shortcomings that need improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom for three to five years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution.

I am unsure about the number of users who use Zoom in my company.

I have never used the solution's technical support.

Zoom allows easy navigation with a straightforward knowledge base.

Scheduling, hosting and joining webinars with Zoom is smooth and easy.

It is the best platform for Video conferencing because it offers high audio and video quality.

I have no dislikes about Zoom to be honest. I love how it functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this app because it is quite easy to navigate for new users. I like that you do not have to become a member to join a meeting, that you can just click on the URL and have access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not to comfortable with the new limits on the meeting/webinar times to one hour, as most of our meetings run way longer then that. I also do not like that I cannot add just any email address to the co-host drop down menu. This should be possible, even if they are not a zoom member, as long as they have access to the meeting URL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for us to interact with our co-workers when someone is unable to come onsite either due to illness or other obligations. It also enables us to schedule brief webinars and Lunch and Learn sessions to help educate employees.

What is our primary use case?

Zoom is quite easy to use and user-friendly.

The main purpose of Zoom is to hold virtual meetings.

What is most valuable?

Zoom has many features, but our company uses the solution's basic features, like scheduling meetings on the calendar, chatting, and sharing screens and documents.

What needs improvement?

The only limitation in Zoom is related to the time limit for a call, which is about 40 minutes. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom since 2020, around COVID-19. My company is just a customer of Zoom. I use the solution's latest version.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

Around 15 people in my company use Zoom.

Zoom is used at least once every couple of days, but in the past, Zoom was used every day.

Personally, I plan to increase the use of the solution since I prefer to have more virtual meetings.

How are customer service and support?

I haven't interacted with the solution's technical support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I had used Skype, which was exclusively for personal use.

How was the initial setup?

I rate Zoom's initial setup phase around nine to ten, on a scale of one to ten, where one is a difficult setup and ten is an easy setup.

The solution is deployed on an app, which is an on-premises version.

Zoom's initial download or deployment process was completed in a couple of minutes.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I rate the product's pricing two or three on a scale of one to ten, where one is low price and ten is high price. Price-wise, it is an affordable solution. The cost, in addition to the standard licensing fees, is related to the premium. Generally, a person can use it for free or go for a premium if they want to upgrade or extend the meeting time.

What other advice do I have?

I think Zoom is a great tool.

I recommend Zoom to others because I found it very easy to use, especially for old people unfamiliar with technology. With Zoom, you just send the link and the invite to allow a person to join a meeting easily.
