Zoom is easy to use, user friendly and love how when i sent over email invites my account is already hooked up and has a zoom link. It has the best pictre qauility by far and the features of the platform are easy to navigate around!

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Zoom likes to update too much and will interfer with coming to a zoom meeting early. Updates should be done without having to open to app on the computre and done automically over night so it does not interfer with meetings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom is letting our teams get face to face time with clients who are all over the US. This is essential for client services and having that face to face time during meetings to go over strategies and planning.

What do you like best about the product?

The most helpful aspect of Zoom is its connectivity to people who you normally wouldn't be able to communicate face-to-face by means of Zoom's visual capabilities. The upside includes the versatility of being able to use Zoom on laptops, smart TVs, smart watches, tablets and cell phones.

Zoom has reduced its presentation usage to about 45 minutes on the free plan which is unfortunate. If Zoom could extend the time of the free plan to more usage time, then that would be fantastic, especially, for business presentations that are usually about that length of time.

Zoom is allowing me to fulfill a problem of bridging the gap of face-to-face interaction with anyone who is too far away to meet in person. Therefore, Zoom's technology to allow visual representation of attendees and computer presentations allows business and education to continue.
