Great tool for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very convenient when you work at a company where all people are from different parts of the world. Thanks to zoom it feels like I've meet them face to face.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annotation tool, it's not very easy to switch between activating and deactivating it, or to clear all annotations. Also, I've had issues with the breakrooms not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started working remotely with the pandemic, we didn't have a way to meet in real life, so meeting in zoom has added a face to the names we're working with. We also use it for design reviews, we share the screen and it's very easy to share our work.

Probably the 45 minute lenght of meetings for the free accounts.

The main thing it helps is in collaborated meetings.Good option for who controls the meeting.

Zoom is the easier way of join a call without sign in account and with out the applications.

free zoom meeting is 45 Min only, we have to pay or rejoin

we can join a meeting without having an application and from the any browser without sign in

Zoom is reliable. It always works well for me.

I don't have any downside to using Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
For the role I work in, the feature that helps me a lot is the remote control. This helps me easily assist customers from different regions even if there is a language barrier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is an issue with Zoom or with my calender, most of the time I don't see my default calender updated as per the schedules in Zoom. I simply cannot rely on Zoom's Calender update and have keep a check on both Zoom and my default calender.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle customers across the globe and it is very convenient to connect for a meeting or for implementation/troubleshooting which is part of my everyday work. The screen share and the administrative controls for the host are simply amazing and simple. And if it is Simple I am going to use it everyday.

Zoom is the ideal platform for meetings since you can ask live questions and answers, send private messages, and I especially appreciate the up voting feature, quality of video is too good compared to meet and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has fewer participants than competitors, and the maximum length is likewise restricted to 30 hours. We shall not hold meetings or conferences for more than 30 hr, unless absolutely necessary.
