Sometimes the other people I have met with struggle with connecting to audio.

Screen sharing as well as allowing for remote control access, which are helpful when needing to sign documents as opposed to sending them via another application.

I have nothing bad to add, just a suggestion, a simultaneous translation for example English to Spanish would be awesome.

It lets me as a teacher bring people from around the world into my classroom. I really like the chat where students can ask questions and that moderators can turn different things off.

For my use I haven't found anything that I overly disliked.

Being able to meet with people that are in other regions and being able to bring people into my classroom that may be across the world.

Zoom is integrated in many scheduling platforms nowadays, making it very easy to send meeting invitations to participants.

Many people still prefer to meet face-to-face, so online isn't always the ideal option.

Meeting with multiple customers at once, whereas doing that in-person is very challenge due to the nature of the job.
