Great, reliable meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has always worked flawlessly for us for the past 5 years without any issue
What do you dislike about the product?
For what it does i really dont have any complaints regarding zoom. It works, and the quality of the meetings has been spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our organization conduct meetings virtually in a hybrid work environment. We also use it to solve problems utilizing screen sharing and remote control.
Zoom is Good for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly for most. I find that most people have the Zoom app which makes it easy when scheduling a video meeting with a client. I found other video conferencing apps to be confusing and not easy to use on a desktop. Zoom offers dialing in as well for those who do not own a Smartphone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any downsides to Zoom other than it totally sucks the battery out of your phone. I don't think that is something they really can change. My problem is then I charge while conferening and then my phone overheats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me meet with clients so that don't have to visit the office. I can show them visual examples of what I am talking about. It is more convenient than having to meet in person.
Great tool for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Participants can save time by not having to meet at a physical location. You can put you picture up if you do not or cannot be on with the video feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free version, the meeting stops at 45 min. If you want to extend the meeting a new meeting must be opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more personal than having to do a conference call. You can see the people in the meeting which can have subtitles and have the visual that sows the mout movement to supplement the sound.

its hassle free convinient to use and can be connected with as many people a person can, Plus its password protected no spy can enter it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As my company is a international company people are sitting in the whole so its not east=y for everyone to be at one place but this zoom provides the facility for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to easily connect with clients and colleagues who live and work across the country on a daily basis, improving collaboration with face-to-face meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike about Zoom, but if I had to select one thing it would be that the video screen sharing is not as intuitive as some other platforms

We have offices across the country and Zoom allows us to easily connect with everyone. It also enables large video conferences for 500+ people when necessary, something other platforms don't offer with ease.

I love how it has the ability to accomodate large crowds of people without limitation.
Zoom also offers high audio and video quality without forgeting the collaborative whiteboard feature.

Nothing at all. I have no negative feedback to address about Zoom because it has been productive on my end.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is I can control someone's screen, so whenever the participant got confuse over something in studying, I can help directly. Other applications cannot allow to do something like this.

Actually, it's not a dislike, it's just the feature that I hope will be implemented. That is multiple displays of participant's screen sharing because I am a bit tired of changing display of participant's screen

Online class. I have some students from different area and Zoom provide online meeting. also about doing annotation in screen sharing, it really helpful. And one more is controlling someone's screen, it really unique.
its very easy to access and useful apps
What do you like best about the product?
It is a big platform and really good application for official and individuals work. So i continue used this app and it run always smoothly , if someone ask to meeting i recommend also this apps.

Sometime it has take a times while i connecting official meeting , but after a few minutes it has done and smoothly . we hope this company solved their issue soon.

Excatly i woluld like to say that it is great platform to meet a large persons in one frame, and someone brefing easy without any interoupt in any situations and conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the connectivity Zoom provides us with and its simple & easy functionality. It has so many options and controls within the dashboard which makes it even more easier to use it fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that I don't like much about Zoom is that some of the functions don't work as well as they should like weak signal strength when sometimes the internet is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me with virtual conferences and group meetings. In some ways, it has made my life very simpler. Discussing projects when you're working remotely or team members who are at another location has become easy and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how Zoom has things like a whiteboard, polls, and annotations that make it super easy to interact and work together during our meetings. And the best part is, it saves our meeting recordings in the cloud, so everyone who's supposed to be in the know can check them out whenever they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really hope they could add features like captions to help us understand our colleagues from different countries better, especially if they have accents. It would also be great if we could zoom in on the shared screen to see things more clearly during meetings.
