Hassle free calls and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
easy and convenient to use, schedule meetings...easy to invite more people to an ongoing call. can accomate large number of participants. amazing voice and vedio quality. hassle free screen sharing content without lagging
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, it serves all the purposes of business requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
large group of use can join same call without any errors or lag. very east to share screen and do presentations

we can solve things quicky by joining in a zoom meeting, we can record it.

the amount of participants which can participate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not going everyday to the office, I can share information, when trainigs I can recorded them then share them to the whole team. Save time!

Zoom as a perfect tool to teach and learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can use the breakout rooms to make teams, I like that there is an option in whish the speaker is the only one allowed to talk and share screen and people can share their ideas through the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes, as a speaker, you can't share your screen and see all of the people you ara talking to at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to learn without physical limits, I can get the same quality/knowledge thanks to the tools that Zoom has (breakout rooms, scheduled meetings, conference mode, etc).
Preferred Meeting Program, but recent changes cause me to use it less
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the setup for a meeting is, that you can easily copy the invitation and send it to those who're meant to join the meeting. I love the recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm frustrated with the new restriction of meeting time in the free version of Zoom. I don't have enough meetings to warrant paying for a subscription, but when I do have meetings it's usually 1 hour, which used to be the max for the free version of Zoom. Now it's down to 40 minutes. So I've moved away from Zoom for my meetings, because I have a G-Suite I pay for through my website, so I use Google Meet now. I enjoy Zoom only as an attendee now. It's a shame because Google Meet isn't as good as Zoom, but it's part of my website package, so I'm already paying for it through my website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great program to set up meetings with people for my business, and it's really helpful when I need a recording of a meeting. However, given that I don't use it as a business owner anymore, it doesn't solve any problems for me anymore, but I do enjoy using Zoom as an attendee still.

Our company doesn't have an office so it's a way for us to collaorate internally. We also use it to meet with external parties.
Better Stability in Recent Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and the wider adoption of the software across corporations allows for easier communication with both internal users and my external customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as applicable after the last few releases, but Zoom sometimes lags or crashes out. Sometimes after you update, you have to rebuild the Zoom link in reoccurring meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Zoom, getting customers on conference calls was not as beneficial since we couldn't see their faces or their reactions to different statements. Now, it's the next best thing to being in person.
I love the google calendar plug-in
What do you like best about the product?
Works smoothly. I love how many settings are customizable in the system. The fact that it seamlessly integrates with google calendar makes it that much better and the options of virtual backgrounds are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to switch from being a primarily linux user to windows because, up until very recently, there was no native support for virtual backgrounds without using a green screen. Even now, the setup isn't too easy and it requires special video cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, I am regularly doing product and project reviews with my clients as well as showing them how to use our products. Zoom helps me to easily schedule and provide a great video / screen share / phone bridge with good recording services. They also enable me to (not work related) participate in group classes which I take and feel part of the class I am in.

Easy to setup a meeting and also if you want to screen share or for that matter if you want to present something to your client.

What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing, immersive view and live closed captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor video and audio quality. Background noise is also an issue.
