Great Product for Tele Communiting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a free version of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when the 45 minutes is up, you are just cut off. I wish there was a longer option for meeting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to video chat with my parents who live 1300 miles away. They are able to see their family easily.
Best app for corporate employees
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is its user interface. It is easy to use and most of the option to customize is in one place. Also changing background is pretty useful for corporate employees as it can us from many possible embarrassing moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are not much to dislike about Zoom except the audio option. Sometimes it can get confusing to choose which voice mode to select. If it can identify it on its own that it would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working from home for the last 3 years, sometimes working and delivering projects on my own can get difficult. But because of Zoom, I can have multiple team sessions/meetings to solve problems or even just to feel like working together as a team. It can boost up creativity.
Also giving interviews has become easy through Zoom as now I do not have to travel to any company's physical office just for an interview.

Great experience and video quality
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sign on and the video quality is great. Easy to use and change the background images as we need. Shortcuts are simple to use to go mute or unmute or change the settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can dislike anything within zoom. Most of the options are easy to use and seamless. Great tool to keep a record of your recordings as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing, screen sharing, call recording and to share the link post the call. Easy to schedule the meetings.

It is a seamless platform which helps to communicate with people. Best thing about Zoom Call is the flexibility it provides while taking a call. There are multiple views to choose from for the screen

There should be a marker option which can be used to point to things while screen sharing it can be very useful while training session or while you are showing a certain process

It is much better performance wise as compared to Google Meets and sharing the links is also much easier. Large group of people can be addressed easily on the platform

What do you like best about the product?
First of all Zoom has the best quality for the video appreance and audio feature which is crucial and important part of any video meetings. Another thing is that it helps to the small team as well as the large organizations and has capacity to add nearly about 1000 persons. Feature like screen sharing , whiteboarding , meeting recordings makes this app frequently usable. The best thing which I personally felt about the zoom is that it has the best User Interfce and easy implementation of the tool, making it easy for anyone to host or join the meetings without much technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personaly I felt that it has some extra features like changing background has some extra things which is totally useless it dosen't required in any official video meeting apps because due to use of that features it lags sometimes so ther's no need of it and there's nothing except this which I don't like with zoon app else it is one of the top application evermade for the video meetings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot during the slow connectivity which gives a reliable and smooth user interface it dosen't lags in terms of video as well as in the audio feature which attracts any user to use the zoom application , sometimes it gives a fast connectivity when we need any urgent meeting or conference , has a very simple and easily understandable UI which make any user to access it with any difficulties.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to connect to individuals regardless of their location. This is imperative when conducting training, meetings, and having seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have with zoom is that is does matter what type of system you are using. Chromebooks (Chrome) has many freezing issues versus Apple computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom continuously has updates to enhance the features of zoom. Each time their is an update I notice their are more features clarity and overall performance of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has Best ui for beginners which is very useful and time saving for individuals who have just started using zoom for their classes meetings etc. Very user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I personally dislike about zoom but one con or disadvantage of zoom that I have noticed is the short time period of meeting which can be conducted without a professional pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has really helped me in getting my things done whenever we work from home. It does not consumes data as much other vedio conferencing apps takes. Overall a great experience.

What do you like best about the product?
it is user friedly can able to easily access, we can able to connect via video call, clarity of the application is accurate, comparing to other application Zoom is having all access in single application, can connect multiple members in same meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing to say about disadvantages or dislikes, i can say only one improvement that the network bandwidth is to be much to improve, while in vedio call meeting video has been hanged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing videocall in multiple screen it was some hanging in bandwidth, but recent times i dont feel that i think that has been improved, due to this my business has been increased.
