Efficient and Thrustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
The simple to use and lightwight package that is installed on windows , compared to other software solutions Zoom is easy to deply and easy to update whilst also using few system resources to run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sofware updated do tend to change some settings arround and thus a manual or automatic SCCM deplyment of the next version is mandatory because the client sometimes can stop working and hopwfully this will no longer be the case in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom removes a old problem in AV where if the internet connection is unstable it downscales rather than drop content for ports like h264 , this for example to me was a big chnage and is a very welcome one to me personally.
Great tool for our remote team
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simply the best tool for our remote team. We are able to connect & engage with all member globally and their app is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Latency should be improved & they should increase the 40min duration to 60 min for a free version

Able to connect with global team via video calls

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me to attend interview, meeting and conference . Its very handy can use both in mobile and desktop. we have lots of option like calling, chating, texting etc. we can also record the meeting for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many disadvantages in Zoom and but the internet consumption is slightly high compared to other devices. Some times the network seems to be slow and gare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a problem attending meetings in work from home and Zoom solves me so that I can take meetings and interact with them anywhere and anytime with cost efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it on my workplace in PepsiCo specially in chat. It is really funtional day by day because we can chat trough it and trough groups, schedule meetings that attached to my email software and shows in the calendar, so it makes the workday more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely it bugs, but on the 2 years I've been using it in my workplace, I have ever had a problem with Zoom, it is really easy and comfortable to use no matter if you are Gen Z or a Boomer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to be on a 100% home office environment, when I enter to the company, I receive all the trainings and courses trough zoom, now a days, it doesn't matter we are in the office and others at home, we can connect trough videoconferences in case we need to solve a situation or have a quick conversation, as well as long meetings. Also, the company uses zoom to Townhalls, so every co-worker can be on the meeting, sometimes more that 600+ people on a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a part of my life since COVID. It allows me to interact with other business people and is really simple to use. Even in live video, the background may be changed, which makes it incredibly adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited for ony 40 minutes for Free users.

I can communicate with my coworker and share a screen with important data.
Useful for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Installed zoom for college and the experience was really good, it had user friendly features. There was barely any lag or any interference, hence it was easy to understand what was going on in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could have more space for more people to join in the same meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used zoom for multi purposes, it could be virtual classroom arranged by the college, or a virtual hangout by my friends and zoom meetings from work. Zoom never disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my go to meeting room choice as it is perfered by all company size. At my work place we mostly use zoom meeting for "All Hand Meets" "Fun Friday " and all such event where number of participants are more. It gives best share screen option and it has screen recording feature too which is very usefull
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes i feel there is bit difficulty to reconnect and lagging, also we can not see all participants in a single screen. But overall its a great software for meetings.

Zoom is solving biggest problem that is recording the session which can viewed when need, and also for fun session it has some cute emoji which we can use on call. Best app for corporate meetings.
Solves purpose of quick communication but fails to deliver as collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a quick plug and play tool that does not take much effort to setup , configure or install in order to initiate conversation with internal or external parties

It does not have collaborative features and integration with other tool features to collaborate data from other business applications and seamlessly work towards team or business goals

Zoom is solving seamless communication requirements without having to burdened of installing and maintaining that application. It is also a tool where you can do partial while boarding

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, high quality audio and video in meetings, less expensive and highky featured product in video conferencing domain. Will recommend it to everyone who needs such type of features.

Sometimes glitches in the meetings call. Overall, it was a good experience in using the zoom platform and is best for all types of sectors due to its high scalability.
