Easy to use and basic video conferencing product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and has many basic features. Doesnt require payments for basic membership and can be used on multiple devices. It does work even when the internet bandwidth is low.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 100 members can join and it usually tends to buffer if the no of users is closer to 100. Doesnt have board sharing and isnt the most secure software available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the days of CoVID I have held many online meetings with my colleagues and also delivered many online lectures.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom as a necessity in this modern world wherein video conferencing has become essential. Compare to other similar software in the market, Zoom is user friendly!

So far, everything is doing well in Zoom. Never had a hard time using it.

It provides an easier way of communicating and presenting our products to our clients.
Best Virtual Meeting Space
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom allows me to be present in a meeting or host a meeting in a virtual world without being physically present. I work and go to school from home using my laptop, so this allows me to be able to interact with my colleagues and peers. I also use Zoom for my child's speech therapy and my mental therapy. I like that I can change skin tones using the reaction buttons, as well as change screen layouts, and change backgrounds using a filter. Zoom platform can be used on a computer as well as a mobile device, which is great for when I am traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to mention as far as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am using Zoom as a virtual attendance method during my online schooling. My children are also homeschooled and they use Zoom during their class sessions.

Zoom is very helpful and personal because you get to put a name to a face via video call.

Sometimes the glitches can cause tech issues but for the most part-there are not many issues.

An excellent and essential tool for remote work

Works well with minimal issues, cross platform support, advanced settings but not overly complicated.

The Linux client can be a bit finicky sometimes...

Zoom lets us work as a team remotely effectively.

I love the ease of using Zoom. It has many features, like break out rooms, white boards, and such to help make the meetings more interactive. Overall, it is just a great system to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any issues with zoom thus far. I have been using it for 5+ years and have not had issues with functionality or anything. Just a great system.

My company is very remote based, so my colleagues and I are all over the US. Zoom brings us together in a way that we don't feel so far apart, we can feel like a team!

theres nothing disliking about this product.just the free version time limit should be extended so that it can give more compition to its competitor.

i came to know about zoom during covid, and this app is best in its domain. our problem of connecting all team members on one platform without any glitch and difficulites was sorted out with this app.

What do you like best about the product?
The calender setting and easy amalgamation with easy link creation and sharing the meeting platform with the hep of meeting link and also with the help of meeting passkey . The setup is easy and userface interface is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer team can be better. I once underwent an issue of adding some of my teammates but it was not solved by the customer support team on priority basis .

Easy group video call and screen sharing with others and then making a video group call with screen sharing.

- Audio experience is not the best, I've tried other free apps and i was schoked that the audio was better!

What do you like best about the product?
from my perspective, it is the best platform for meetings. because it is providing a lot of things for free like we can share the screen. moreover, it is providing a live chat and question poll system which really helps full to me when I was having too many crowds and hosting a webinar.

from my perspective, the negative aspects of Zoom are given below.
1. Cost is too high to purchase it.
2. Netconsuming is too high, when the latency is too low then and then it works perfectly.

nowadays and also in covid time, when I was a student that time I was using it for attending classes at my college and now I am using it for joining webinars and meetings of my company. so it is really helpful to meet everyone in one meeting virtually.
