A honest review regarding the Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is providing a very good video quality in low network as well . Even in rural area where the network is not that much good zoom is providing you the best video quality and it's user friendly as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using zoom from more than 3 years but there is no any such type of a thing that I really don't like everything is very easy and user friendly so according to my prospective their is nothing that they should improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier zoom was not that much good but now they have improved their stability in low network and the background hider as well . It's not that much good now it's ever good we can use and start the video conference as well
Easy to connect from anywhere with anyone...
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is considered better than other platforms because it is simple and easy to use. The most beneficial aspect of Zoom is its ability to hold meetings from anywhere, including web browsers. I appreciate the ease of sharing my screen to showcase my work and progress on projects and presentations...
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there were instances where I was notified of scheduled calls through software updates, causing me to be late a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can change the background of my place incase it is messy or just for privacy reasons. They have continuously updated the app and it is great.

Zoom Workplace could improve by optimizing performance on lower-end devices, simplifying the interface for easier feature access, and offering more value in free/basic plans. Stronger privacy controls for third-party apps, better hybrid workflow integrations, and tools to reduce meeting fatigue would also enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a video conferencing and online collaboration platform that has solved several communication and connectivity challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and in remote work scenarios.

The features and high quality of the video is what I liked the most while using zoom, it supports alot of in built apps which are helpful while video conferencing.

The pricing of the app is a turn off for me and the time limit related to free subscription is also what makes me look for other alternatives rest it is a very good app to use

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it integrates video meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into a single, manageable platform. Managing settings across multiple Zoom products can occasionally be complex, especially when rolling out new features or permissions. It would be nice to have more centralized control and clearer documentation for admins to handle organization-wide configurations.

Zoom is a very powerful tool that improves communications and helps businesses to stay updated and linked with other employees. It increases employees' productivity while traveling one can join important conferences. Zoom provides a screen-sharing feature that helps to present information to other employees. Joiners can share files and send messages to others using chat windows.
Straightforward and widely used product
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone around the globe is now familiarw ith Zoom. It's become ubiquitous and despite some challenges it overall works well and causes few to no issues. Would definitely use it elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been changing an awful lot lately and the change to push the integrated apps from their marketplace down your throat is not altgether welcome. Sometimes it has odd glitches that seem to have no resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to keep in contact with our projects around the globe and also run remote meetings on days where we are working from home. We also use it to host webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a free basic plan for individuals. It allows 40 minutes per call. It can be used online by downloading the software. It helps with video calls, live chat, whiteboard, share screen to present PPT, videos and much more. It also involves features like recording and transcripts too.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you buy the paid version, you can skip the time limits on group meetings. When it comes to participant control the hosts may lack complete control to remove a participant permanently or mute their microphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we want to have team meetings or brainstorming sessions we use Zoom. It's easy to use. Sharing the invite link makes it easy to have all the team members join the call.

I like about zoom is that it is easy to access and i like to use this because if someone in a meet has something to chat we can react on it, zoom is recommendable for an online meetings.

Nothing, I don't have something to tell that I dislike the zoom because as of now that we are in modern world that most of us just working at home and zoom is very useful to communicate with the team.

The communication because as my experience in my internship most of my co-workers are working at home and through zoom we can have our meetings and communicate well with the team.
