Zoom allows me to make video calls without interruptions, the connection is great and intuitive. Zoom is one of the best video conferencing applications because of its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. This makes it easier for organizers and participants to navigate and use the app's features. High-quality video calls: Zoom is known for its high-quality video calls. It makes video calls clear, sharp, and smooth, allowing users to communicate without interruption. nothing to declare, as it was the best video conferencing platform I have ever used.

Before, it was very complicated with the other platforms, as they were not intuitive, difficult to access and understand, with a limit on participants in the rooms. With Zoom, I found these conveniences.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for collaboration. It is easy to use even for non tech-savvy people and it also allows you to communicate through chat. There is also an option for the participants to review the meeting since it can be recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other video tool app, this is also dependent on the internet connection. So some of the users may experience video and audio distortion that may affect the communication during the meeting.

Zoom is an accessible platform that will allow you to collaborate wherever and whenever. During the pandemic, this app has been used for social gatherings and personal events which allows the users to keep their social connections.

Easy to use (even for beginners) and for some of our older clients who are less familiar with the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video recordings are often quite blurry. I am not sure of a solution, but if that could be improved it would be very beneficial for when we have workshops that are live on Zoom and wish to share the recordings.

During the pandemic, we used Zoom to continue to have client meetings. We also use it for educational presentations and workshops.

Price for Personal use are too high. They should offer a discount on enterprise users to join as personal users

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was the first thing i have used when covid got started and remote work has been enabled it's very good platform and user friendly application

As of now i didn't found any cons in zoom application overall all good

it's very easy to interact with colleges in such a simple manner

Zoom (pro) is easy to use. Pre-scheduling meetings, having breakout sessions, a "whiteboard", etc all make it very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you pay for the service you can only use it for up to 1 hour.
