What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is its seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook. This allows users to quickly and easily schedule meetings, send invitations, grant access during sessions, change backgrounds or mute participants as required. In addition, requiring a password to join the meeting - which then locks the session once started - ensures maximum security protocols throughout each conference call, while Raise Hand allows members to instantly signal questions for presenters without disrupting the meeting too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are limited options for customising Zoom Microsoft meetings to make them more personalised. I understand the usefulness of a waiting room, but in my regular meetings it is tedious and unnecessary. It would be much better if this feature could be turned off by default so that I don't have to change my preferences each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from Zoom's stabilisation programme, which has improved its reliability, given me high quality video calls and the ability to schedule them easily. This has had a huge impact on my productivity and allowed me to grow my business faster than before.

We can even chat during the meeting and schedule for one of two days as well and reminder system is the best.

When it's connected to upwork we don't have the option to chat on zoom thats little problem

We can schedule for later date and have auto rocord system as well that's the best
Zoom keeps our remote first company visually connected
What do you like best about the product?
While we use Slack for our day to day messaging app, Zoom gives us that extra level of human connection while we are working together remotely. Having that face-to-face time is extremely important during meetings and even when we are just playing games together for team building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, actually. It's great! I have zero complaints about Zoom.

Zoom allows us to do a variety of things, including our daily standups, long and short meetings, screen sharing, company game nights, and large All Hands meetings with hundreds of participants.
