What do you like best about the product?
first and formost, zoom provides seamless and user friendly experience. whether you are a professional or a beginner. the platform is vary simple and easy to use even kids can use zoom without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
there nothing much which i do not line in zoom but some times in zoom video quality is bad which i thing is network problem but the overall zoom is a good app video meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used zoom especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has addressed several problems and provided numerous benefits to individuals and organization like work from home and online classes for schools.

Zoom is a safe bet. We know it will work, that it's reliable, and that most people are used to how Zoom works. It has the basic functionalities for video calls and allows additional features like recording, polls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's UI can definitely improve. The UI does not seem to have changed since I first started working with it. Also feel like there are improvements that can be made, eg. replying to a specific chat message.

The free meetings only last 30 minutes - I understand it can be expensive for the creator but 1 hour meetings would be great!

It helps us have internal meetings with either our direct supervisors or our clients. It is vital for us to share our screens, and the chat box is helpful for QA sessions
