What do you like best about the product?
1. The software is easy to install and requires minimal effort. Moreover, it is straightforward to use.
2. Zoom's video and audio quality are both excellent. Even in low-bandwidth conditions, the platform offers clear video and audio transmission.
3. Zoom provides many options to improve the overall meeting experience. E.g., Participants can talk during meetings using the chat tool, and the opportunity to record sessions is quite valuable for future reference or sharing with absent colleagues.

1. Zoom is primarily reliant on a reliable internet connection. Users may experience video and audio quality disruptions in places with poor or unstable internet connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to have options and even share screen plus control someone else ppt presentation from the zoom call. This gives more control over the person presenting and they can fully control the slides
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe what they can do better is the connectivity and when to switch between two zoom calls, If they could make a seamless switch between two apps, then that would be great.

Communication in a remote first company and as our primary means of meeting each other virtually. Zoom is used for all meetings , official and unofficial as well. It is very handy and it is easy to set up a meeting

Convenient for video conferencing, many tools like screen sharing, white board, meeting rooms make the experience effective

I use zoom for video conferences and virtual meetings. Though we are not physically together zoom makes it easier to be in a same platform for smooth communication

The fact that the first 40 minutes are free. I really enjoy this platform. I like the screen previews and screen-sharing options.

Sometimes I need meetings to go on for longer than 40 minutes, and it is a little inconvenient gettting everyone back on the meeting without having the paid-for option.

The most Helpful about zoom is it allows you to host meetings with people whether it's a family member or friend it also has a lot of features such as video chat and audio with effects that can be used during chats.

I don't have any dislikes about zoom it works very well it's a app that is used to for people to do meetings, catch up on things, business meetings or anything else that people get on zoom to do.

Zoom helps me solve a lot of business problems with people that I can't get to because I'm very busy or even if I'm a distance away and someone would like to communicate by video it allows me to use that feature to communicate.
