Help me to not disconnect meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful in terms of mertings for an hour and avove. It never fails ne to use this app especially at work, church, friends collab to us to plan very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any proble with that at all of this app. I think they should improve the doneness of app , and the blur to clear screens to each users. And the fast connections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is sometime resolve issue like bugs, hanging and etc. benefiting the users to use everyday for planning and meeting especially when you in the company. Really helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
User identification, share link and video quickly and practically in each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the paid mode does not limit, like the free one, and when I have used it to study, I have to be mindful of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work with Google Calendar so if there are clients who don't like Meet, having the option of Zoom is much more flexible.

Easy connect with low speed network. Without any lagging issues stay connected all times.. Always helpful for online meetings and conferences. I choose only zoom every time.

There is nothing I felt personally it have some bad settings or options that's to dislike. It's always works perfect for me and my team. So there is nothing disliked.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for ppl who want to work from home, because of the pandemic everything was affected in the way social contact for work for living in general played out , video conference is the new way to go

Hard to sometimes login , and join Not everyone is intune all the time , I've used it t for court and employment most recently

Over coming my anxiety of the pandemic getting aquatinted with work at home programs

Zoom is typically easy once you get logged in as long as someone else is hosting the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find Zoom as easy to navigate as Teams or WebEx. It typically takes longer to get logged in.

Zoom connects us with other companies and vendors outside of IDEXX.

The UI of the application can be improved. It can get users a better experience, and if we include auto replies feature, it can be helpful to users and download may increase

The video conference can connect with other users and easy to use feature can get more users and not any prior knowledge is required to user for using the application

Easy and intuitive controls make it really easy to use also great for organizing open video conferences as joining through a link is super simple.

Lots of useful features but to use them different levels of subscription was required.
This was the main reason that motivated us to shift to Microsoft teams as in only one subscription plan we were not only getting all premium features of teams but also ms office included in Microsoft 365 business plan.

Even before covid lockdown we were working form different locations.
Initially we were using Skype but then we switched to zoom seeing its catalogue of features such as video quality and large meeting size etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom One is the most amazing video conferencing app I have used for business. It connects seamlessly with Google calendar and our conference room systems. You can easily connect on all types of devices, connect any conference room in the office to it, and easily share your screen and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not very trusted because of its data privacy concerns. However, this should not be a concern. Anyways we are required to use another video conferencing app with some of our clients because of this concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing the complete video conferencing solutions. Scheduling meetings directly from the calender, or starting an instant meeting from a conference room, everything is seamless and the integration is amazing.
