Excellent User Interface and Easy to use even for kids
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom platform helps me meet online with friends and family. It is a very easy to use interface and even kids can understand it for their educational meetings or classes
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing but some times the updates are too slow and takes more time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its decreasing my travel cost and it is making me more interactive with my students or family and friends
I am amused that a company so big can offer customer service this bad - Zoom video conferencing

Nothing to share as of today. This is a means of escalation of our grievances

A simple ask of modifying the number of licenses we have with Zoom has now become an arduous task for us. Raising tickets and emails are being played ping pong without any end results.
Our renewal date is well past, yet no one as gotten in touch with us for the renewal nor has anybody come back on the numerous requests raised by us to Zuhaib and Smriti. And all this for 6 months now.
Words fail me, I have never spent such a difficult time trying to sort out our problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful for video and audio communication, whether with a single person or by group. It is very user friend lt and easy to navigate. In case of lag, it adjusts to the latest part of the communication quickly, unlike other applications

Zoom needs a faster internet signal compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it multiple times during the pandemic in attending online webinars, meetings and even on job interviews.

It faces some controversy with privacy and security issues.Also, the extended video conferencing some times leads to fatigue and reduced engagement.

It helps to improve the remote collaborations with our team members to have face to face meetings. The organisation can conduct webinars, conferences and virtual meetings effectively.

The user interface of zoom is simple and it allows users to easily join meetings and use the other features. Users can send messages or files via chat during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom requires stable internet connectivity. Poor internet connectivity can lead to voice breaking and affect the overall meeting experience. Zoom also does not filter out background noises completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to record the meetings so that one can go through the video later if missed. One important feature of zoom is the breakout rooms, which allows us to switch between different rooms in same meeting to discuss on different topics.

this zoom is very helpfull specially no that we are still in pandemic mode. you can still meet your friends or co workers via online meeting set up without any hassle.

zoom is very usefull online flatform specially to all business industries whos clients are international or even lpcal who cannot meet you in person. Thbis is also time saving for us.

Zooms helps to connect and collaborate with people and help to draft emails and chat messages, and summarize meetings and chat threads. Its dynamic chat solution helps power collaboration across sessions and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom system gets extremely unstable and requires frequent reboots or will crashes mid-call when making changes. I have experienced some glitch that needs some improvement.

Zomm is easy to set up, use and manage and helps the team to work together. The best part; Zoom continues to innovate its platform to meet expanding business needs and also provides affordable video - enable conference meetings and allows up to 10,000 virtual attendees.

Connectivity required should be proper without any interruptions or your video conference will not be up to the mark. Internet interruption lead to video and audio interruptions
