What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Video Conferencing app for businesses and individuals with lots of features. It also offer forever free version with meeting recording feature that makes it stand apart from the crowd
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a server error or sudden crash happens during the meeting, so please try to fix such errors and bugs, else it is the best ever video meeting app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to host and attend video meetings with clients, and also it help me to conduct seamless virtual classrooms for my students. Recording feature is available across all the versions from free to paid.

The rise of remote work and increased reliance on video conferencing tools like Zoom has led to a phenomenon known as Zoom Fatigue. Prolonged video meetings can be mentally exhausting and decrease engagement and focus. Some users may find the constant starting at screens and lack of physical presence draining over time

1. I have not faced any issues in the past three years and am still using it.

Attending classes and taking meetings, zoom is the one-stop platform with everything that a student, teacher, and professional like me need. The video quality is just fantastic it does not need the highest bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and many people, not only in the business world but also in the private sector, use Zoom. When we need to set up a meeting, many people have installed the Zoom app, so we can schedule an appointment ASAP.

Even now, I don't know the correct start of Zoom. I always click and click and finally, Zoom starts. It takes time to start Zoom compared with Google Meet. Cutting starting time is quite useful.

Although we have a physical distance, we have a face-to-face communication.

I have nothing I dislike about Zoom. This is the perfect tool for online training, classes, or meetings. It is straightforward to navigate. I have no current dislike for Zoom

Time saves me loads of time It is very convenient too. I can conduct meetings from anywhere, giving me the flexibility to be productive too. With zoom I can achieve much with minimal physical movement

Zoom is a video conferencing platform allowing users to connect in real-time, regardless of location or device. It is a popular choice for businesses and organizations of all sizes, as it provides a convenient and affordable way to conduct remote meetings and training sessions, and almost all types of events can be held on Zoom. It helps me save money on travel costs by allowing the sessions to be conducted virtually; I can record everything for later reference, screen-share, use a whiteboard, and share my documents with others. Zoom removes the need to travel and the difficulty collaborating with other teammates. Formal meetings are now out of the question for me, my team, and other businesses - what more can you ask than saving time and money?

Zoom can be a bandwidth-intensive application on either browser or application. If you or your attendees have a slow internet connection, it may cause experience problems with video quality or lagging. They suggest that we need at least a 1.5 Mbps upload speed, and hopefully, it can be drastically lowered in the coming months.

Zoom is a powerful tool that can help businesses improve communication, collaboration, and productivity by solving several problems, such as the need for me to travel for meetings and not being able to collaborate with other team members who may be in other places. The teams can be located in different parts of the world and can use Zoom to collaborate on projects; we can share screens and use a whiteboard, and share other documents in real-time, which allows us to work together more efficiently and robustly way than we did back then when we didn't have Zoom. Its features, such as high-quality video and audio, an easy-to-use platform and a wide range of integrations, make Zoom the perfect collaboration tool for me and my team.

There are many advantages of Zoom. Some of them include, it has high participant capacity. The free plan can support up to 100 participants, while the paid plan can host up to 500 participants. This is also one of those features which help it stand firm against the competitors. Other features include a user-friendly and uncomplicated interface; reliable connectivity, and conferencing quality

Some features I dislike about Zoom are limited features on free plans, and user can face delays in screen sharing.
