What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: Zoom is renowned for its user-friendly interface and intuitive design, making it simple for hosts and participants to join and navigate meetings. I can easily set up and attend video conferences or webinars on the platform without encountering severe technological difficulties due to its simple user interface.

Problems with bandwidth and connectivity: To deliver a fluid video and audio experience, Zoom largely depends on reliable internet connectivity. Users with slow internet connections or restricted bandwidth may have problems like frozen video, delayed audio, or dropped calls. This can be particularly difficult in places with sluggish or erratic internet connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom eliminates geographic and distance constraints by enabling real-time communication between individuals. This is especially helpful for distant teams, international businesses, and people who must cooperate or communicate without being in close vicinity. Zoom makes communication and cooperation possible no matter where people are by dissolving barriers of distance and geography.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great product because it allows you to communicate with via video networking. It creates a much better communication process than the phone or other communication modes.

I usually find it hard to connect because of network issues.

To communicate in business meetings from long distances locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is just one click away. This is a friendly user that helps everyone to see each other. What matters most is one-click away. This is the best tool I've got.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the Zoom started loading, it became slow and the video was pixelated. That's why I don't like it. Sometimes Zoom encounters an error, but otherwise, it is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects and reports. Sometimes one-on-one with the agent that we need to coach from time to time and a timestamp that works with the agent. This is user-friendly.
Zoom the virtual meeting
What do you like best about the product?
It has the Whiteboard feature and it comes with a template that is useful for presentation especially during the height of covid pandemic when there is difficulty in communication remotely.
The other virtual meeting I used before does not have a collaboration tool like Whiteboard.
Also, you can seamlessly switch from a desktop app to a mobile app.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it is being used in mobile it is a little bit hard to navigate the Zoom application. When I swipe to the right sometimes I press "End" call accidentally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to write on a whiteboard during the meeting. During meetings, there are instances where you need to write or draw what you are explaining to clear information. The Whiteboard feature of Zoom address this common concern for user and it is easy to be used on a tablet.

Sometimes my external camera goes to a really wide view without me changing anything

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is familiar with Zoom now a days, people ven use it as a verb! Zoom is easy to use and the thing I like the most is it's recording into the cloud service. As a class instructor this is very convenient for when I have to teach online. The recordings are high quality and are ready to download in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always find it a little hard to use their screen sharing settings. Once you share the screen some buttons appear on the screen but it is hard to put them away when not using them, and the little window showing what you're sharing is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for team meetings, meetings with my advisor and other professors and for office hours. I also use Zoom to record lectures and other content for my classes. I have even used it to practice presentations before giving them in person.

Using Zoom for online classes and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of calls on Zoom are excellent, and I very much enjoy that high quality audio can be shared alongside the sharing of your screen. This is very ideal for the audio work that I do, and can allow another person on the call to collaborate in real-time. Zoom was especially handy during the lockdown, as it made it easy to stay in touch with friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom now has limited meeting minutes unless a subscription is purchased. Although, the 40-minute time slot without the subscription is still substantial, and the meeting can be renewed. Overall, I very much enjoy Zoom as a means of communication and don't have any complaints about the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a very high quality and trusted means of video conferencing, and served as a great way of keeping in touch during lockdown. With capabilities of sharing high quality audio and video, Zoom is a great choice for all types of meetings whether that be professional or catching up with friends.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of video and changing of the background is awesome when compared to the other applications. It will consume less mobile data as well while other consume more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aa of now there is nothing I dislike about the zoom because I love zoom most of the interviews was given through zoom only. For all officiall meetings I prefer only zoom

When ever we are taking interviews of employees we use zoom. And also when there is an issue in users machine we used to take remote sessions to check the actual issue
