Probably the best Conferencing App
What do you like best about the product?
Serval Good Points:
1) 1080i Conferencing and easy-to-manage all meeting rooms from one console.
2) Free basic licence (30mins meetings) is plenty for standard End Users.
2) Free Basic licence allows 'remote control' on to User's machines. Helps with troubleshooting.
3) Competitively priced.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike but there is one.
Conferencing tech is best utilised with Windows machines. You will need an Intel NUC to connect up the meeting room tech.
Mac OS has very limited options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing all End Users to set up meetings; internally and externally. Many of our clients use so it helps that it is a commercial brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very flexible for scheduling Meeting,Sharing Data & Connection with office collegues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in non Paid Version, Sometime i face problem while connecting a video call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is connecting all of my office collegues at a same time ,It is also help us to reduce office cost.

I like how similar to Teams Zoom is as some businesses exclusively use Zoom over Teams

It gets glitchy at times and that can cut into meeting times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to easily share my screen, choose a screen or choose an app, I can chat with teammates by sending links, and it's always excellent video/audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem like Zoom has updated anything on their platform within the last year - I wish it was more like Microsoft Teams meetings in that I was able to see a preview of myself in video before officially going live without having to navigate to a menu. On MT - you can view a preview of your video by hovering over the "video" button and hitting "preview." Zoom is more complex and annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with teammates remotely - it brings us together for at least half an hour every week. I am able to showcase my work and view other's work as well. I can turn off my video if I need a break, and I can mute myself if there is some outside noise.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great to use. I've experienced other software for web conferences, and I can tell Zoom is the best. The features are easy to use, I haven't seen delays on video and it works fine. I love the fact we can easily choose the screen we are sharing and the reduced bar is always easy to identify on the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be better is the fact that when we do not have the app installed and we need to join a meeting, it prompts to download the app instead of offering the link to use the web version. It may sound small, but it caused a lot of confusion with people that are not tech-savvy and I remember I also experienced some confusion when using it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping with business web conferencing and remote classes. It is a great software, user friendly, efficient and my top choice when interacting with customers when I need to see their screen.

The connection is usually very good, and there are many great features, including breakout rooms.

Nothing that I can think of. Make sure that the web version of Zoom works very well (although I think it does) so that download is not needed.

Zoom allows us to connect virtually with others for business or for pleasure. Screen sharing allows for great virtual presentations.
