Best platform for larger meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Video Quality and Hosting controls are the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes time to open the meeting link.

Zoom is helping me in inviting larger audience for twonhall meeting.
Great app for remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great app for holding remote meetings with my colleagues. Great sound and visual. Easy to set up and send meeting invites. The most common platform most use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the application. I have always had an easy and positive experience using the application. Can't even comment on any improvements because I thinks it's fabulous as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to conduct my job remotely by holding meetings. These can be organised at the last minute too. They reduce travel time which increases efficiency within my role.
Zoom a very nice meeting application
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility, adaptability, it's ease of use, and it's wide features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. I don't like as such anything.

Efficient and good scree sharing with providing control of host's screen and all others who can share screen.
Easy Tool for Remote communication
What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for remote connection, that provides you Scalability ,Security, Video and audio quality. Screen share option of Zoom is very good and the customer support they provide are the best as compare to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is it need a stable internet, some time it lagges down because of bandwidth, company have to look on to it otherwise it best in every thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom you can connect to remote user easily and done task while using sharing the screen , it is easy to use and helps in solving the problem of various user via remote.
Effective way to schedule zoom meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule zoom meetings directly from my calendar so that scheuling meetings is no longer a two-step process of generating the zoom info and then adding it to my calendar - I can do it all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some settings that can only be modified by logging into your zoom account through a browser. However, all the essential settings needed to set up most meetings are available through the scheduler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings used to be a more complex multi-step process. Now the zoom information can be easily generated during the process of scheduling the meeting.
Customer Support is Non-Existent
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing as we can't use it, which is really unfortunate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is absolutely terrible. Our company bought a paid plan, then immediately canceled our account because they said we violated their terms and conditions. However, they wouldn't tell us what the violation was or who did it. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them via their support channels, etc., we did get ahold of our account manager who was able to get our account reinstated because they said we were mistakenly put on the violation list. The plan they put us back on, though, was the Free/Basic plan instead of the plan we already paid for in full. They will not respond to us any longer. Absolutely horrible support if something goes wrong. Use Google Meet instead.

None, we can't use it.

Zoom is helpful for having meetings in a remote work setting. And for allowing people to gather in different locations (outside of Zoom).

There are a lot of glitches (audio issues/video issues/freezing)

Easy to use video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it simple to schedule meetings within my organization and with clients. It even allows you to join a meeting with just a link and without an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature could be more robust. It's not easy to use it outside of meetings.

Zoom allows me to easily work remotely and share my screen and video call with my team and my clients.
Zoom the best platform to connect
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that it is a very user friendly software to connect.The features are to the point and it is great for meetings, online classes and catchup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Zoom is that there are glitches most of the time recently. It keeps getting stuck. There is also no dark mode, which would be great for times of meeting and classes.

Connecting with multiple people is great through Zoom. There is HD video and audio with end to end encryption for all the connects. The recording feature is what I like the most as it helps to keep things in record.
Easy to use with lot's of features
What do you like best about the product?
As an Online tutor, I love the annotation feature of Zoom a lot. The screen share of Zoom also allows me to see the participant's camera, Which I don't see on other platforms.
I can also control the participant's screen, which is very helpful. The host has control over the participant's activities. There are some games available in zoom for fun meetings too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom have some bugs. Mostly I face audio issues. Either participant can't hear me, Or I can't hear them. It closes the session when I change machines. Slides sometimes tend to get blurry which can make small text difficult to read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is working on improving video quality. It is also trying to fix audio glitches. It is also adding new apps and plugins to make meetings more interacting and fun.
