Easy to use and hazzelfree for any meeting without sign-in
What do you like best about the product?
No need to sign-in, just click the link and join the meeting from anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
have been using Zoom for the past 4 years and have to admit, The app is overall truly amazing. But In the recent years, The app has been going downhill due to its bug, glitches, fixes and other things. have been facing the connectivity issue and The Dark screen mode issue. As A person with Glasses, its hard to be in the Light mode. Also as this is a built-in app, it should consist of the Dark Mode button. It should be done without mentioning but now that have mentioned, it would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company meeting are easy and hazzelfree now. Join any meeting on the go. Specially the background changeing option is best. No need to setup any special space

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of zoom is that it allows so many people to connect from different parts of the world instantly. Unique thing about zoom it is easy to use and hassle-free for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which I disliked about zoom is that the free trial provided by them is just 40 mins whereas other competitors like google meet have no limits for using it. I thing one solution of it is to increase the time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can video conference to other people around the globe and make our services reach to them. And hence it removes physical limitations of doing business. Zoom helped a lot in pandemic for my business to grow.

Solid communication tool essential to my business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that scheduling is easy to do, with access to my diary for all meeting updates and links (albeit not that new a feature). The AI-powered tools such as meeting summaries is a valuable addition, particularly for calls where lots of notes, info and key things are discussed. Without having to record/re-watch this is super valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure how this could work, yet I always find that Zoom updates always seem to take place the time that I am rushing to get onto a call, and have no time to spare. Surely if the app has access to my calendar, knows when my calls are, that there are so many more hours in the day when the updates could happen? That for me would be a winner of an update to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, this was such a great tool to use for us in meeting potential or existing clients, to continue our training and coaching sessions, and to keep a connection going with people. The biggest value for us at this time is for clients to be able to have e.g. a coaching session online, which gives the freedom of time, and location that meets their diary commitments. More are open to this online session now than pre-pandemic. And this therefore saves us a lot of time too.

I like all kinds of tools that they have, specially webinar mode and background options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before, I disliked having only 100 people at each meeting, but now, it's ok. I don't remember anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could meet with a client and my team using Zoom even if everyone was staying in another country.

Mainly i prefer meeting with zoom that is quite manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, it offers high Quality video and audio capabilities. It allows users to screenshare making it convenient for presentation. Allowing me to personalize the video feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free zoom accounts have time restrictions. Zoom heavily relies on stable internet connection. Features such as breakout rooms advanced settings and integration with external devices may require some exploration to fully utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to address remote communication collaboration and event hosting. It helps me a lot especially when I'm work from home. You can attend the above event without being physically there.

I dislike that there are so many scams and that any one can make multiple zooms account without any credibility of who they really are.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the top videoconferencing platforms. Managing video and audio from the beginning to the end of the meeting is quite straightforward thanks of its simple interface. It provides high definition video and crisp audio. Aside from that, screen sharing, chat, and virtual backgrounds are really beneficial for connecting with our clients. Zoom offers recording options, which saves us time by eliminating recording additional movies afterwards. It's very effective for presentations, teamwork, and remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage of Zoom is that it relies on a reliable Internet connection, and unreliable network conditions might interfere with video and audio quality. Constant virtual engagement and looking at a screen for long amounts of time can both be psychologically and physically taxing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no doubt that Zoom is useful for people from all walks of life. COVID-19 provides maximum support for students' education, business meetings for businessmen and virtual connection with clients. It can record the meeting and review it later. Which made me successful in business.
