Its an all in one video conferencing tool! Screen shot, sending of videos and pictures. Clear video and you also change your background

What do you like best about the product?
I continue to be impressed with Zoom's rich feature set. The seamless integration of speaker fidelity, video backgrounds, cameras, and screen sharing make it my first choice for meetings or presentations that require collaboration. The blur and customization options are invaluable in helping to hide unnecessary distractions. I also appreciate the ability to share only specific windows on my desktop, which helps keep confidential information secure during presentations. Overall, Zoom is an excellent platform for everyone to collaborate without hindrance or delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy to report that the time constraints of Zoom no longer affect me since I upgraded to the commercial version. However, occasionally when uploading videos to YouTube, they may not be recognized if they aren't popular enough. Also, sometimes a web page can have embedded video files that won't show up in someone's Zoom session, even if it's displayed correctly on their page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me stay connected with my clients and keep our business relationship strong despite the distance between us. With Zoom's video conferencing technology, I'm able to bridge the gap of geographic separation and have face-to-face conversations without having to worry about expensive travel costs or physical inconvenience.

What do you like best about the product?
enable us as researchers communicate with university students and share our courses throughout the time of covid. We still use it now within our lab team, and I've been using it for about 2 years. Additionally, you may find new features in the app and the other app they recently duplicated, zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major problems I have with Zoom is how inconsistently it performs. I frequently get audio and video slowness, distorted video quality, and sometimes unexpected disconnections during crucial meetings, while having a reliable internet connection. The communication process is disrupted by these technical issues, which also cause frustration and squander time. This was a significant problem during the pandemic's peak hours, although it has since improved.

The most amazing meeting application ever. It has a lot of options and is very helpful if you are a teacher or hosting a webinar. The grouping option stumbled me!

So far, I haven't noticed anything that I really don't like about the applications. So far so good and I highly recommend this to someone who is doing meetings virtually.

Virtual meetings became more manageable for us to do. It is so easy to access and has many options such as webinar-type meetings, classroom-type meetings, and many more!

Integration for most of the CRM is not available. It has only a limited time in terms of the time frame of the meetings. Introduce more integration. improve the connection features. Include higher resolution and make it available for standard consumers.

Initially, during the pandemic, there were some security concerns regarding screen sharing and screen recording but the company has put significant efforts to over come them and hopefully will thrive through the security concerns.

It is user-friendly and provides extensive features for various devices hence its compatibility with various devices is a plus. Zoom solves various issues found with other devices like low latency for other audio/video calls.
