Meeting Place
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful during covid 19 while human can not interact with eachother. The best thing is voice quality and schedule of meeting. Currently zoom is best than webex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creation of account is necessary in earlier stage which was resolved now rest this is the best software for business meeting and looking forward some new animations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid it was really difficult for business people to inteact with eachother and place order and get delivery. it is really productive software and my business dealing becomes easier. Earlier i was using whatsapp for interaction now zoom make it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Zoom for remote team collaboration, virtual meetings and online training. Zoom chat is a great option

Need More background filter options, Emoji responses are limited.

Easy to setup business meetings
Accessible and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's widely known, mostly intuitive, and makes changes to adapt t consumer needs, like transcripts and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has slow loading times, will often not respond, and must restart/rejoin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made adjustments to having multiple hosts, allowing multiple users to share screens and become admins - especially when hosting multi-organizational webinars or conferences.

It was helpful to have a system that allowed for significant video calls. They also transcribed interactions with closed captions and had a waiting room to be used for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful pieces about zoom were the slow loading times. I found that often my internet connection would stumble using zoom in comparison to google meet which has been a consistent experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use zoom but it helped have a meeting with a large audience. We used zoom for video conferences, meetings, and working with external stakeholders. It was also used for daily standups.
best meeting application and most used at university
What do you like best about the product?
help us as a researcher to connect with students at the university and shear our courses during the period of covid and still we used now between our team in lab, until now its almost 4 years since I'm using it, also you can there is new thing new in the app and the other app they just copied zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
for there is nothing i can like I can say I prefer Zoom then google meet one of the problems I remember is the personal protection of the section and it's something important I want to see this app give more securété of use as a user and researcher

health problems because we see it useful as an app where you can work or assisted a conference from your home and also have you meeting is you need someone lives in other country I see like it's gain of money and effort too
Best Platform to organize meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is well known and trustable platform for remote meetings and provide facilities to share our thoughts to other on virtual mode. Easy to setup and best connections bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There not dislike about zoom but i want to suggest to upgrade better future as others have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is platform where business comes under one platform contact each other internally and take informative discussions via video conferences meetings, virtual classroom or screen recording and sharing.
Group meeting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom is that it can cater to a large group of meeting like 20 and still no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have complain for zoom app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom application solved with my experience is that if you have a large group virtual meeting it can cater all of you.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Zoom allows you the ease of replacing in-person meetings with virtual ones. There is no stress or uncertainty navigating the platform, as many people are familiar with its interface. I also really appreciate how easy it is to access support and troubleshooting ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for inserting links and third party plug-ins. I find copying and pasting things to the chat to be an archaic and uncreative way that doesn't allow for interaction. At least in a classroom setting, it is nice to have more interesting ways to allow for interactive activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate the newest update with Zoom to allow for a better streamlined service, particularly with regards to more filters, longer video-meeting times, and user interfacing.
Easy to use and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that id liked the most about Zoom is that it's easy to use and helpful we always use this if we have meetings, one-on-one coaching and if there's something or updates that need to be cascaded. Also, there's a room specific even though you are on the conference call, and you can use Zoom itself even though you don't have a login.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing against Zoom. It's just that it needs a bit of improvement for the website. Sometimes it's lags when you try to join a meeting or coaching session, but still tolerable and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot because our lives have become more accessible and manageable. We always use this when we have meetings and updates about our job. Also, when you need something, you must raise your virtual hands, and someone will answer your questions.
