What do you like best about the product?
You can meet-up anyone in the zoom, You can do various meetings such as catch up, gathering, conference or huddle up
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always using zoom as for interviews and meetings, I don't think there's a downside about zoom, maybe the uncontrollable sounds that can hear in your sorroundings that's the one I dislike about using zoom it can be heard to others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can actually see virtually, of your colleagues and you can share easily and and connects everyone if there' is an urgent meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have meetings remotely and the convenience of working from home or the office. The meetings are usually well created and the time that is saved by doing it remotely is great for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Zoom is that you don't have the face to face interaction and the ability to make your precense felt nor the other person's. There is something to be said about live interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving time management issues, and saving money on travel expenses. Instead of having to travel via car, plane, bus, whatever the case may be, it is a huge expense that is being cut back.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has increased user experience over a period of time. It has more features compared to pre covid era.
What do you dislike about the product?
It decides to throw you out of the meeting sometimes, not sure how and why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audio enhancements and support for multiple type of audio devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the easiest video conferencing platform there is when it comes to usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background noise cancelation is not as sophisticated as other programs.

Zoom helps me meet with colleagues and clients virtually as we are all across different offices and locations

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use, and that so many people can be on the call at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved a great deal of issues during COVID when meetings could not happen in person. I've also enjoyed it for marriage counseling!

What do you like best about the product?
I mean, zoom is a pretty basic meeting platform that doesn't have anything "super special," but it is okay. Plus, the backgrounds are AWESOME!!! Not my go-to meeting platform, but it's okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is okay, nothing bad there's nothing wrong I can think of off the top of my head other than how it has bugs sometimes. As I said before, Zoom is okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me meet with other people far away from me. For example, I can talk with people in a different state than me. I'm also way more productive than when I email or text.

Zoom is easy to use for anyone. It can be used on various devices like laptop, tablet, mobile and it supports in wide range of operating system. It offers various features like screen sharing, white boarding, breakout rooms that helps to work users in real time and can able to share information more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom may not provide high level of security and privacy. It faces security breach issues or unauthorized access to meetings. Also it requires high speed internet connectivity for better performance. It may not offer a better customization as compared to other applications that are designed to use in industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps people to work from home or if they are at any location. It is easy to use for webinars, online meeting across the world. It can help travel expenses or other expenses by scheduling online meetings intead of meeting with in-person.

I love the ability to turn on captions, change all settings needed, change name, have diff screen views

What do you like best about the product?
The best software on a global scale conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on experience only. Late log-in windows/video per country sometimes disappear or you can not see another participant visually.

Zoom's Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's pro account has many useful features to make meetings and training sessions interactive like the chat, emojis, reactions, participants' views and permissions they have, webinar options, and breakout rooms. It also has reporting and permission features available to have more control over how and who manages a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the primary meeting host can download a report for that specific meeting link. It also requires that breakout rooms be predetermined when creating the meeting, but it can't be entirely modified once the session has started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reports to track meeting attendance and features to make training sessions more interactive. It also allows many people to join a meeting and has a webinar feature to help address different company activities.
