What do you like best about the product?
One of the major features which makes Zoom a good and simple video conferencing app.
Polling: It allows you to create polls, which is great for getting feedback and opinions from meeting attendees.
Security features: various security features to ensure the safety of virtual meetings, such as waiting rooms, passwords, and encryption makes it super easy to conduct smooth and efficient press conferences.1

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major setbacks in Zoom is its 40-minute ticking timer which just simply disrupts the flow of a meeting.
Technical issues: As compared to Gmeet or MS Teams it requires superior network connectivity. Overall these two demerits made me switch to Gmeet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the complexity of organizing Video conferences for me and my colleagues. It's simple U.I. does make the task a tad bit easier. In the early pandemic days, it made working from home so much easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really great for it's video calling quality and interaction features. I love the software design of zoom. It also has an unique reaction feature to communicate with eachother. With it's other competitors I think Zoom is the most advanced software out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I don't like in zoom is it doesn't auto connect to it's audio. Also it has a time limit of 60 minutes. After 60 minutes conference ends automatically. I think zoom should make changes of it's limited time feature and make it free for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is very famous software so everyone has it and I don't have to tell them download it. That's why I can take more classes and meeting. My overall performance was increased. I could interact with my partners and students more.

Zoom is a reliable and user-friendly video conferencing platform that offers various features such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and breakout rooms. It also has mobile and desktop apps that work seamlessly, making it easy to join meetings from anywhere.

Sometimes users was experiencing technical issues such as audio and video quality problems, especially when too many people are on a call or when internet connectivity is poor

It solves video conferencing and collaboration problems for our multi-team members using remote communication and collaboration, particularly in today's increasingly remote work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
It's more popular and most of them uses it. Because of this, it is easier to manage instant meetings and avoid wasting time on giving instructions to where to find which options. It's even free for 45minutes which is ideal for short meetings. Sharing the screen is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using for the first time, it is quite complex to find the options inside the menus. Slightly costlier compared to other tools like Gotomeeting and Google meet. Heard about data leaks in zoom and worried about privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to meetings, Training students or colleagues online is easier after Zoom. I can see their screen (once they shared their screen) and troubleshoot their problem remotely and effectively.

Great companion for day to day work
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. So easy to turn any meeting into a Zoom meeting. Any day without this is so tough to pass by. It reduces so many manual steps to just one click

To be honest, nothing at all. As said, never touch anything if it works well.

Easily convert any meeting into a zoom meeting. It automatically adds a zoom link into google calendar invite.

Zoom is best for meetings, easy integration with avoma, also enables trackers and breakout rooms options are too better

No downsides as such except that it has different UI approach than Google meet

Screen sharing, breakout rooms for easy discussion, easy integration for notes, tracking automation, good quality and no buffering

Call quality and friendliness of the tool. Started using Zoom 3 years ago, and I still prefer it over MS Teams

It is super easy to schedule with colleagues with zoom scheduler. You can always see what your team and others are up to so you can work around everyone shchedule
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the interface for zoom scheduler is slightly hard to navigate but its mostly easy and there's not alot to complain about. overall its a good application which makes things alot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom scheduler allows our team to easily figure out when we can all be in the same place at the same time. we take less time figuring out everyones schedule and more time actually communicating
The best connectivity for work
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom since it is straightforward to use and has served me for different uses, for my work, my studies, and even connecting with my family; it is not necessary a lot of technical knowledge to use it; it is a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoom is that the free version gives you very little time, and you have to keep starting the calls once the free time has passed. In addition, most functions are not available in the free version, so you are left with a very basic call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom solved and was very noticeable in the 2020 pandemic is the connectivity between people. The fact that it simply allowed you to communicate with people very quickly and continue with life as it is today benefited me a lot. Work and in my studies.
