Powerful Presentation Features, High CPU Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for personal meetings, and I like that more people can join for long durations and that it offers a better presentation feature. The feature about presenting and interacting is something I really appreciate. I also find the Zoom Whiteboard valuable as it enables ideas and brainstorming both inside and outside the meeting. The initial setup was very easy; it was simple to install and then login and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace's high CPU usage to be a technical and performance challenge, and the pricing could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows more people to join for long durations and enhances presentations.
Streamlined Meetings with Great Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can link Zoom Workplace to my Google Calendar, which makes organizing my schedule easier. It's great to get a notification on Slack when I have a meeting. I also enjoy being able to join from my phone, which makes it more convenient for me and my team to make on-the-go calls and meetings. These features help streamline different apps, making the whole experience easier on my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pop-up windows didn't appear when I click the link; I'd rather it just put me right in the meetings like Google Meet does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of in-person meetings, I meet online. I can link it to Google Calendar, receive Slack notifications, and join calls from my phone, streamlining communication for my team.
Convenient and Reliable Despite Connectivity Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace allows us to connect with people anytime and anywhere, which saves travel time and cost. I also appreciate the screen sharing feature because it makes it easy to show others what I'm seeing on my screen. The initial setup is straightforward; entering the meeting code and password or clicking the link is all it takes to join a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when Zoom Workplace has poor internet connection issues, causing voice breaking, screen freezing, or sudden disconnection. Additionally, there are times when the audio or camera doesn't work properly, making communication difficult. I also encounter connecting problems sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom Workplace solves my traveling time and cost, allowing me to attend classes conveniently from anywhere.
Great Features for Video Networking, But Lag and Delays Hold It Back

Zoom Workplace is a great tool for video networking, and has a lot of great features within their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Zoom Workplace i experienced was a total lag in video streams, and large delays, some without pixelation, even.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace seems to be the most commonly used platform for this type of networking, so it's easy to use simply because of the audiences i can reach.
Effortlessly Engages and Simplifies Teaching
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use. The kids I teach think it works like FaceTime, and they love it, which makes my job easier. I love the whole app and recommend it to my coworkers if they don't already have an account. The initial setup was very easy.

I like that Zoom Workplace has an 'all-in-one' evolution, which integrates various features like AI companion and meeting summaries. I find these tools, like AI meeting summaries, automated synthesis, and smart recording, valuable for time recovery and sharing. The Zoom Whiteboard is another feature I appreciate, enhancing communication efficiency and providing real-time clarity. Communication tools like chat compose and email drafting also improve my workflow, making collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface overload and feature creep which makes it feel cluttered. The resource consumption is a pain point, especially for users with older hardware or mobile devices. Meeting fatigue features seem to be lacking, and file management and collaboration could be improved. It's moving away from being a simple video tool, making the interface feel a bit cluttered compared to its original streamlined version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and team collaboration, solving issues like echo, feedback, and app compatibility. The AI meeting summaries and smart recording improve communication efficiency and save time, while features like Zoom whiteboard and chat composition enhance collaboration.
User-Friendly with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to use for online classes and trainings. The red 'follow the dot' option is also very useful when presenting, as it helps follow the speaker's thought process and understand what they are pointing to. I also enjoy the ease of breakout rooms for groups to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when annotating on the screen how everyone can overlap each other and on smaller screens this happens often. I also don't like how when groups are in breakout rooms I can't share a screen for everyone to follow along to. I also don't like how I can't send files to everyone when everyone is in a breakout room. when I create breakout rooms it also doesn't shuffle all the people. it might just move one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows for virtual meetings when everyone can't be in the same physical location. It's user-friendly with a helpful follow-the-dot feature for presentations, making it easy to follow the speaker's thought process.
Effortless Meetings, Occasional Update Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy usability of Zoom Workplace. I appreciate that it organizes all my meetings per day, and I'm able to access them very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes there's just too many updates that go on. I've had instances where it does an update and then that kinda just interrupts everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, chatting with coworkers, and it solves the problem of having a place to communicate with my coworkers, call members and volunteers.

Great for Meetings and Familiar to Most People but Basic
What do you like best about the product?
Good for meetings and the fact that most people already know how to use it is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it’s good for meetings and nothing more. “Zoom fatigue” is a real thing so there is sometimes the need for more creative solutions even for meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for quick, on-the-go meetings. It also integrates with so many tools so it’s a tool that’s hard to ignore.
