Seamless Collaboration with AI-Driven Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to discuss with my team virtually and using AI to transcript our discussions for memorization. The chat feature is helpful to jot down notes without interrupting a coworker who is speaking. I find it valuable as I am able to focus on my discussion and my personal train of thought without having to worry about forgetting valuable information that was shared by others during the meeting. The setup was quick and painless and much easier than what I've heard of products such as Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were ways to temporarily divide into breakout rooms for quicker periods of time to interject to another coworker for a brief few seconds, that could help with the process of making it feel realistic as if you are all really in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us collaborate on projects and manage our company effectively. The AI transcription feature lets me focus on discussions without worrying about forgetting important details. The chat feature allows for note-taking without interrupting conversations.

Reliable Connectivity with Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for professional communication and collaboration, and I like that it integrates tools like Google Calendar to make scheduling and joining meetings seamless. The thing I like the most is how effortless it makes staying connected. The screen sharing feature is instant and doesn't get paused at intervals, and the reliability is solid. There's no issue with network connectivity, so meetings aren't spent troubleshooting. Screen sharing makes collaboration simple, allowing me to show presentations, spreadsheets, and designs, reducing misunderstandings. Knowing that the video, audio, and screen sharing won't cut out means meetings end on time and decisions are made without interruptions. The simplicity of the interface is really nice, and the initial setup was straightforward, from installation to connecting it to my email and calendar app. After everyone got used to the interface and settings, joining and scheduling became automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the way Zoom Workplace handles large meetings. Sometimes managing a lot of participants - muting, spotlighting - feels clunky. And though I appreciate the option of recording a meeting for unavailable participants, it eats up storage quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for seamless professional communication. It simplifies collaboration with instant screen sharing, eliminating email chains, and its reliability ensures meetings happen on time without interruptions.

Exceptional for Large Meetings and Reliable in Low Network Areas
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is designed for hosting meetings or sessions with a large number of participants, and in my experience, it performs better than MS Teams when it comes to managing such events. Also, the stability of Zoom is quite good in places having low or poor network coverage. Ease of joining meetings as guests which require minimal login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom primarily centers on facilitating meetings and conferences, which means it does not offer the same level of integration with productivity tools as MS Teams does. Typically, people turn to Zoom when they need to host sessions, while MS Teams is more commonly used for official work-related tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we typically use Zoom for meetings with external stakeholders or when hosting sessions for a large number of participants. Zoom works well for these situations, as I have noticed that MS Teams tends to lag when there are many people in a meeting. Another benefit of using Zoom is that it allows people from outside the organization to join meetings as guests easily, while MS Teams requires them to log in and authenticate before they can participate.
All-in-One Collaboration Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workspace because it brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one simple place, making teamwork faster, clearer, and more connected whether I’m working remotely or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate Zoom’s reliability and the range of features it offers. However, I sometimes find the workspace a bit cluttered, as the settings and options are distributed in a way that can make navigation and efficient customisation take a little extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several key problems that are especially relevant in the third sector, where budgets are often tight and teams are spread across different locations.
One major problem Zoom Workplace addresses is the high cost and logistical challenge of in-person meetings. Travel expenses, venue hire, and time spent commuting can quickly drain limited resources. By enabling reliable virtual meetings, Zoom allows organisations to connect staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries without these added costs. This helps ensure that more funding and time can be directed toward core mission activities rather than overheads.
Zoom Workplace also solves the challenge of collaboration across distance. Many third-sector organisations work with remote teams, part-time staff, trustees, and external partners. Zoom’s video meetings, chat, and screen-sharing features make it easier to collaborate, make decisions, and stay aligned, even when people cannot be in the same physical space.
Another problem it addresses is accessibility and flexibility. Zoom allows people to join meetings from different devices and locations, making participation easier for those with caring responsibilities, disabilities, or limited ability to travel. This inclusivity strengthens engagement and helps organisations draw on a wider range of voices and expertise.
For me, Zoom Workplace is beneficial because it enables effective communication while keeping expenses low. It allows our organisation to meet regularly, respond quickly to issues, and maintain strong working relationships without the financial strain of frequent travel or physical meetings. As a result, we can operate more efficiently and focus our limited resources on creating positive social impact.
