What do you like best about the product?
Best of the best platform for Professional and unprofessional video meetings

Provide service on a payment basis, one has to purchase it to use it.

Multiple people can join at once, best meeting platform, and good video quality

Excellent alternative to meeting in person. Save time and expense involved in traveling.

The cost of travelling. I can also meet with my client at any time that is mutually convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing tool hands down, it has almost zero lag and the best picture and audio quality. Zoom is also dilled with options like screen sharing , annotations , reactions and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside as of now, zoom is great as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the bwst video and audio conferencing tool. It is easy to schedule the meeting and share links. And it is easy to record the meeting and evensave the recording in cloud.

I have no issues with Zoom & I do not dislike anything about it.

Zoom allows me to interact with people at work & it also facilitates my schooling.
The Best Meeting Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage. I have also never encountered an issue personally with the Zoom tool itself, it always works as intended. There are even some fun options to include filters, backgrounds, etc which have made some internal meetings a little more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have heard of some issues with others outside of my organization integrating with their tech stack.

I Think Zoom Is a Leader in Videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
During Covid, I could not have done my work without Zoom. It is reliable, offers security features, and my clients were comfortable to adopt it. I like the way it integrates with scheduling programs and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I received notice about a software update when I needed to join a scheduled call. This caused me to be late a few times. I didn't expect that. But I adapted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more flexibility in connecting with clients and colleagues who are not local to me. I am able to connect with people in other countries at any time. I can add security features.
A decent app for conferencing and chatting.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is straightforward and there are many features. One of the features I like the most is the controlled chat environment and how you can choose who to let in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to figure out if you're younger/older and not used to this type of calling for distance learning or a family dinner. It can be tedious when trying to join a meeting for the first few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me mimic the interaction that I experience in a real face-to-face classroom. It helps to see someone's face other than your family members' though there seems to be only a few people willing to show themselves.
Zoom has been life-changing for teaching writing!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a multi-campus college, and having the option for Zoom meetings has given us so much more opportunity to host events that accommodate schedules/locations for faculty/students who never would have otherwise met!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only snafu I have dealt with is the issue of the registration link: when a secretary sets up a meeting and makes you a host, you can't then register. But you also don't have the original link. So that can create a problem when you can't access your own meeting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to teach remotely and absolutely love it. Teaching writing on Zoom is actually far better than teaching it in the classroom where not all students have devices.

Multi video conferencing, taking lectures and giving interviews, it sure took a lot of care in the pandemic.

The link can be sent to anyone to join the meeting.

Meetings with the clients and offshores. Taking lectures online and sharing for the virtual assistant.
